I’m the same as Joe, I dabbled when drunk as a teenager, and just dismissed it completely Until I turned 27 and had an accident at work, severed Tendons in my thumb and fractured the bone. The pain was unreal. I had surgery under local anaesthetic, and was discharged with NO pain medication. I have known friends hooked on opiates after using them for pain ad refused to go down that path. So somebody suggested I try a joint and it helped so much. I noticed I was sleeping better, getting up for work easier, I was much more clear headed, it helped with anxieties, and helped me stop partying to the extent I was. It ultimately was a force for good in my life and still is 3 years on
Regardless of who you are…you aren’t are quick intellectually, you will be the odd man out in witty conversations, even if you think at the time that the point you are making is the cleverest thing ever.
@@luchadorito weird. Usually your what to use a strain that wouldn't energize the pain. but I'm not sure you had many option when you likely only smoked what.... A few different strains I'm your life... Maybe? Lmao. Much love brother. Take Care
@@one23kNow Well Eastern Europe is like that :D the question is less “what kind of strain is this” and more “are you sure this isnt laced with pesticides” and home growing is not an option sadly
@luchadorito It was similar to this in America until we pushed for legalization. While it still isn't federally legal, progress is being made. What we have now is a better system, but it's still not perfect. You have to pay into the system to grow weed, but it's not very much money. Of course, not allowed to sell it.. so one must get creative with how to use the plant. Personally, I've grown fond of making textiles from it.
eddy is woke. he knows mainstream books are disinformation. real education begins once your done school. Your not going to know shit from our schooling system.
Paranoia only comes from the fact that it’s illegal. If you speak to anybody from the prohibition era they too will tell you how paranoid they used to get because alcohol was illegal
I feel you joe, i just recently starred to smoke serious ..i love to workout also when I'm high, it takes the nervousness away like your zoned in, especially with sativa it gives me an energy to do more sets...
I used to hit the joint twice before going to the gym or just playing soccer. Could relate. Don’t have to get crazy stoned, just a little buzz and you see the difference in your performance. Didn’t do it every time, just when I needed a little push or wanted a crazy workout.
This drug has always been so fascinating in my experience. I mean, you have the same trivial thoughts as in your sober state, but when you are high, you make different choices. You choose the path of continuing the thought process instead of just ending it due to lack of interest or cognitive laziness. One interesting point that joe talks about, which is very fascinating, is the fact that you feel the mechanism of motion in your body. I noticed that not only when shadow boxing for myself in between the four walls of my dorm room, but also one time when I had som throat pain. I could really feel the flow of saliva from my mouth in to the throat, and how some mucus in my throat would act as a force of friction for the continuous flow of saliva all the way down through my throat. Not only would I feel it, my brain would paint a mental 2D motion picture of the flow, displayed almost like and X-ray picture once closing my eyes. I feel more aware, and the most fascinating part is that you can sense the real intent of words uttered by people around you. You could just look at some strangers face and recognize how they felt in the moment. You can feel the harmony of nature when listening to the rattling sound arising from threes and corresponding leaf in motion due to the wind. Everything is so pure and beautiful.
@@arguellescisnerosmovies2442 Nice to hear that man. I have never been a person who writes or reads, but as a mental therapy, I once wrote down some words relating to some family issues that I had burried down deep within and it actually gave me a therapeutic effect. So I even begun to write poems based on my thoughts on life-relating subjects. Since I feel very clear in my mind while being high, I felt that my ability of choosing the right words in order to describe what I wanted to convey was increased to a high degree, which was really interesting as well. However, I actually stopped smoking due to addiction, since it left me to the point of not being able to spend my days without being high.
@@saerdnakaliber472 Sucks to read that. Weed can be so good that it can affect you psychologically. I was somehow addicted last year and after a lsd session I accepted myself as a smoker-writer, like Julio Ramon Ribeyro (famous writer of my country). If I don't smoke, I don't write, I just correct my works. But for the rest of my activities I don't smoke and I live happy with that. Cheers from Peru
@@arguellescisnerosmovies2442 Argüelles Cisneros movies Yeah, I guess we all just handle the drug differently. However, good to hear that it works for you, and good luck with the writing brother. Blessings from Sweden🙏
I know this was a while ago, but I know exactly what you mean. Everything is enhanced. However, most of my memorable experiences with weed were getting too high (because I am skinny and have a very low tolerance to it, and because I prefer to treat weed more as a budget psychedelic). I've floated out of my body before, closed my eyes and seen amazing assortments of colours, felt my skin vibrate all over my body in what felt like certain wavelengths. It was all terrifying... but I always loved the thrill of it.
There was a study that was recently realised, that people who smoke all the time are actually better drivers then someone who smokes some of the time and someone who is sober.
Woah, Joe taking about the same shit I feel! The thing on balance and how you can execute movement better. I also shadow box a lot when stoned as well haha. Soo this is a universal thing I suppose.
It can be good for focus and development for a while. Especially sativa strains. But after a certain point you just gotta let it go and do that stuff on your own.
I definitely agree that weed can make you feel more balanced and focused and maybe it depends on the weed but after a while of smoking, it feels like it just makes you sleepy and tired. Almost like that relaxed feeling only happens for the first year or so of using weed. Lately, I feel like I'm not taking a proper hit and not really getting it in my lungs or I've just developed a tolerance for it. I've also heard people say if you "Ain't choking you ain't smoking" meaning it has to make you cough otherwise you're not doing it right but I dunno. I gag sometimes when I try to take a big hit. That being said, can't wait to smoke my shitty Reggie tonight.
I got really high on northern lights when i was 13. A friend who was a couple years older just moved down the street and invited me after he got off the bus. He changed my life for the better lol!
The fittest I’ve ever been was when I smoked weed! My conditioning and diet and motivation was on point. Then I stopped and started drinking and just ruined myself
Its a good thing that people get so interested in specific things to the point of obsession . Its how the best of humans build skyscrapers and beautiful art.
SC O'Dubhlaoch well he already built a skyscraper of a podcast. largest podcast in the world and just signed a deal for 100 million dollars with spotify. he's also a large figure for ufc and in the mma world. he's a big comedian and also holds about 3 black belts. where's your skyscraper
I agree with them but they forgot to add its only after you build some immunity to weed some people can have 1 bong and sit there staring into space for 2 hours due to no immunity
Totally agree. I didn't learn how to throw a proper punch until I was high off my ass on THC oil. I could feel my whole body working together. It also caused my to change my stance entirely.
smoking weed and shadow boxing is actually very fun I do it all the time, sometimes I wish I could get out of the house though and hit an actual bag and jump around more
To anyone who may somehow read this after it has been posted long ago: Watch this at half speed it's hilarious, or I'm just really tired and delirious. I'm using a Joe Rogan quote for my paper on celebrity and marijuana and played it at half speed so I could type what he was saying better.
Looking at this now with the added info that he was pissed at Eddie because he was fucking up his stick shift NSX, and that what he got to eat was a Baskin Robins Sundae means EVERYTHING to me😂😂😂
