Now I guess we'll see if Joanna can make the adjustments. I want to see her truly humbled, because even now that she lost, she didn't accept the fact she got beaten decisively. If anything, that was a perfect representation of how to implement a gameplan, precise foot movement, and skill to beat the opponent. Women simply don't knock each other down from lucky power punches very often, especially in the same round off the same foot movement and same accurate punch that landed in the same spot from the same tendency read. If Joanna wants to win her belt back, she will have to fight in a way Rose hasn't seen yet.

I think the idea is that an ex champion deserves an instant rematch, if they have been a long term champ and have defended quite a few times like Joana. Those who fail to defend at least once don't seem to get a straight rematch, a bit like Rockhold after losing to Bisping.
