tobacco definitely is against the rules of sober October except for one modification; you are a tobacco addict. If my friend that smokes cigarettes wants to stop the weed, drinking, and cuts down on his tobacco significantly during the month then I will consider them as participating in sober October; however, in Joe's case I think any tobacco at all is a disqualification.

He isn't insecure enough about his stature to wear height-altering inserts. 3. He has a muscular build and a fat head. "Thick" men always look shorter than they are.
i've seen him at the ice house in Pasadena (front row) and ran into him in Austin at the Driskill Hotel in Austin during SXSW circa 2015, he was shorter than me...my drivers license says 5'8" but i consider myself a 5'7 manlet.

High blood pressure also has a genetic component. I eat very healthy stuff, only drink water, exercise, and I still need a small dose of Metoprolol because my parents both had hypertension.

I don’t need a sober October because I do this intermittent fasting type thing where I don’t smoke for 22hrs a day but at night I blaze up for about 2hrs before I sleep 😂

Joe Scaletta I am in recovery. I don’t know one ex heroin addict that agrees it’s a safe alternative. Detox and work a solid abstinence based program is the best way. Cross addiction is a serious thing. If you can make it work more power to you. Good luck with your fight with addiction my friend

switchbuckle5th hes not afraid of aging idiot. TRT has been found to be very healthy when you start reaching your 40s and 50s. It just keeps your hormones at levels they were when you were in your 30s and therefore give you more energy in your older age.
