A few weeks ago, I went to New York City to see my brother and get together with a few friends. My train into the city was delayed so I decided to skip the train and drive in. On the way out one of my friends stopped at this deli in the Bronx, because her boyfriend requested the viral Joe Rogan sandwich. She told me that the place would make great content so I checked it out on Instagram and immediately went into full fledge craving an eggplant, Parm grinder, which is my death, Romeo, by the way.
So, let’s call this, my “eggplant Parm adventures” where I went in for a sandwich and came out with a whole ass Italian extended family.
I’m coming back soon! I can promise you that! (And my grandpa would have LOVED a spot at that back counter!!!) 🇮🇹💪🏼⭐️✊🏼🤌🏼
