Amen. I was an agnostic and I'm so thankful the Holy Spirit didn't give up on me. The only conclusion, if we're willing to face objective truth, is that Jesus is the Messiah prophesied in the Old Testament. Isaiah 53 is one of clearest examples. We really do need the Gospel. I destroyed my life because sin is destructive. Jesus saved my life. I cannot see how someone can hate Him if they truly encounter the Biblical Jesus. His love isn't some corny inspirational quote or emotional crutch. He is real and cared about me at my absolute worst. I know I'm a wretch apart from Him. The greatest experience and meaning of life is knowing Christ. He is worth letting go of every idol. He is worth being hated by the world. He's worth everything. Real love, agape love, is worth forsaking pride and selfishness. He has the power to save us and the Holy Spirit has the power to sanctify us. The God of the Bible is real and powerful. His truth is the firm foundation we can build our lives upon. He's the reason I'm alive. 💛

It seems like Jordan already has based on many of the things he has said already on the topic and his own deeply spiritual experiences. I think he believes fully but maybe just hasn't said so outright yet.

Yeah I have never seen an atheist who ACTUALLY holds no belief in anything higher. They all SAY they're atheist but then keep living in the world as if God exists and morality is real. Or, more commonly, they use moral arguments against religion. You can't use moral arguments against religion because arguing from morality presupposes religion as true.
@@ShiniGuraiJoker Because morality is oriented towards God and what He expects of us. Whether you're aware of it or not, your attitude about a lot of things (murder, theft, sleeping with your best friend's wife, etc) is based on the 10 Commandments.

You would lose the foundation to argue about morals or what "ought to be" completely because it all comes back to subjectivity and then relativism. You could not judge or debate others on right or wrong nor could you impose universal morals on issues like tribalism, slavery, cannibalism, scientific racism etc. Thats also the reason new atheists are struggling to introduce new concepts like "social contract theory" and "well-being" to avoid this issue, but these concepts still fail when in action.

Two things stand out for me: 1 - this is a testimony of Romans 10:17 - So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ. 2 - when people question, they seek, and those who seek will find.
Had a buddy who has always been atheists. Recently he was listing how a society should live together in a community, how cases should be handled, etc. He didn't realize he was quoting certain verses almost word for word without ever having even read them. If you live long enough, you start to see the truths of a society that exist above what we refer to as religion.

I’ve kept tabs on Rogan for about 5 years now and you can see the transformation of his heart slowly through the articulation of his thoughts on moral issues. I pray he can break out of his scientific naturalistic worldview and meet Jesus.
I remember when Jordan Peterson showed up on the world scene. At most, he was agnostic. I remember seeing lots o christians raving about him and everyone telling one another to pray for him. I remember that once everyone started praying for J.P. how he found Christ. Pretty sure we all love Joe in a similar way. Now, let's all start praying for Joe... that our beautiful savior will reveal himself to him. Prayer matters more, and when we all pray together, our prayers go up to God as sweet smelling incense. So, pray for Joe, and keep on praying for Jordan. He's in a spiritual war that only some of us can see and understand. Thank you all😊

Needing and wanting are two different things. Some people will say that we need Jesus, but do they themselves want Him. Because if you want Jesus he's there just accept Him and surrender your life to Him.
The goodness the Bible teaches has an easy foundation to follow though, it’s respect and compassion towards others. Meaning if a person who’s never heard of Christianity has to make their own morals they can end up with something similar if those are aspects that are their guiding compass. It’s a foreign concept, that it’s impossible to have our own moral system because our society is centered around self centered wants that are always more important and anything including the needs of others.
