Very Cool! It's a pleasure to hear my backings put to good use.. As you clearly realised, this track is great to improvise on.. Did you try to learn the original solo? It's a gold mine of pentatonic beauty.. Happy New year man! Hopefully a year filled with nice tunes like this one.. 😊👌🎶🎶🎶🎵

Happy New Year Steph!! I didnt try and copy Joe and his solos, I like to keep the flavor of his tracks but put some of me in there or im just copying him. I had some lessons with Stel Andre last year and he taught me a bit about recording and getting the best out of your gear which i have applied here with a nice ambient delay for atmosphere. I agree we need a good year but ones things for sure, there will be some great covers coming in 2021 !!! I may do a few more using your backings so will keep you updated.
