i am from cameroon and i hate the fact you assume Embiid had a poor upbringing. Embiids dad is a colonel in the cameroonian arm forces. he grew up way above the middle class. Embiid is just a humble guy who is not extravagant.

Great video never knew any of that stuff about him can definitely say I’ll be rooting for good things that happened to this man. 76ers have moved to my second favorite team in the east and only because this is Alex fan I freaking love Mikal Bridges and Cameron Johnson. A.I. has my respect for the pure grit, heart and commitment to his community in Philly. Embiid has my respect for in my opinion building on A.I.'s legacy in Philly but also being so humble and grounded in a sport that can breed such materialism and negativity. I feel there's 2 reasons A.I. never won a ring, his attitude and timing I.e. Shaq/Kobe. Embiid will have a ring of this I'm Sure.

I’m pretty sure he has a house. His fiancée/girlfriend always seems to be posing in a house not an apartment. He either lives on the mainline or jersey. From the pictures looks like the mainline but could be jersey. Most sixers players live in jersey now because the practicing facility was moved to jersey a few years ago even though they play games in south Philly.
