Been dealing with anxiety and panic disorder for 25 years, I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. It has basically ruined my life to the point that I can’t even leave my own house. Prayers for everyone dealing with this struggle because it’s real.

Anxiety and panic attacks are a real thing and I love the end of this video... making people aware that mental health is a real thing and your not the only one who feels this way, your not alone... Waking up in the middle of the night covered in sweat, heart pounding that it makes your bed shake, scared to even turn over and terrified i was being attacked smh its no joke!
