I can't imagine what it must feel like to just be recognized in public, play one of your songs, and having a crowd form around you singing it back to you
@@joeydosikmusic And not only do they recognize the song, but they actually know all those small bits and parts, the call backs, the harmonies. These people actually LISTENED to, and not only heard, your music. It's a musician's dream. I find that simply amazing. You are truly blessed to have experienced this so up close and personal and yet so randomly.
me too! I knew it would be good, but the atmosphere was amazing. too many funk bands play for themselves, but Vulfpeck put on a real show like a rock n roll or punk band. we said hello to Theo afterwards and he said London and Dublin shows were the best crowds they've ever had! I was luck enough to see this Joey gig at St. Pancras too... he's great isn't he, and a lovely guy
