Reviewing the food is very different than shitty customer service... Every food reviewer the known ones anyway have ranted at times about customer service one way another.

To be fair, a 5 star restaurant could never exist, considering the Michelin stars only go up to 3. McDonald's would have to be EXCEPTIONALLY good and...yeah...naw

As someone who works in fast food, this rant was hilarious to watch. Many fast food workers are school-aged children or adult high school drop-outs. As someone who is put in charge of bagging food, 99% of slow service is primarily due to WHO is working. We could be training someone new or could be stuck on schedule with slow people. Thus, most of us are frustrated at our co-workers and cannot deliver efficient service.
