It just means given all the pressure, abuse and harassment and control that a lot of child stars have a rebellion or growing up period when they grow up in which they change. Sometimes this is in drastic ways, sometimes not. It could also refer to the fact Miranda Cosgrove is down to earth and it's hard to keep that with celebrities, especially ones who might have grown up with it. Few ways it could mean but those two are the most common, in terms of happening and when being referred to.

well she ate it all separately at different times, so I think that is more grazing. but sometimes I eat snacks for lunch all at the same time that do not go together at all.
