Joey Logano is a driver Like No Other. His AAA Livery was a paint scheme of his like no other for sure. Not in a good way. Through various moments like his villain origin story race the 2013 Auto Club 400, heartbreaking playoff races and many Kansas moments. This livery is cursed. One of the most unlucky NASCAR paint schemes for sure.

2013 Auto Club is probably the best race I’ve ever been to. Not sure how Fontana would be viewed today if it weren’t for that race. Before that, it was like Pocono/Texas level in most fans’ eyes. After that, they literally can’t even say the word a repave without people getting protective of it.

I remember when people hated Fontana, it was actually more hated than than reconfigured Texas because it took the Southern 500 on labor day weekend away in NASCAR's 2000's attempt to be trendy cool and in with Hollywood, it would have been a shock to hear it as a fan favorite before then, it was an overhated track and a boring race in 2018 and a pair of boring 550 races sank it back to pre 2013, next gen cars saved it and now they want to tear it down and rebuild it as a short track, in my opinion a huge mistake.

@@polycube868 There’s no way fans are going to be patient enough to let the surface come back in if they just repave. It needs a drastic reconfiguration or it’ll turn into current Michigan until like 2040.

this sucks because Kurt Busch, AJ Allmendinger, and Joey Logano's AAA scheme has always been one of my favorite liveries from those drivers as a kid. It sucks that this beautiful livery is cursed :(

It's a pity he never won a race with this scheme; I always preferred it to the yellow with red scallops. If you ask me though, the real cursed color for Joey Logano would be orange, as it's the color that he's flipped in a car with - twice.

Hmm…I never realized the AAA colors never won a race, on the 22 or otherwise. I think AAA should be the primary sponsor for Logano full time. Lifetime contract.

Bro I’ve been saying this for YEARS!!!! I’ve been a Logano fan since 2012 and we have NEVER won a race in any other car not sponsored by Home Depot or Shell Pennzoil. Look it up!!! It’s annoying

I’ve been a Logano fan since 2013 and I cringe whenever I see this car on track. It really sucks bc I love this scheme so much, especially on the gen 6 mustang. It’s just such a clean paint scheme and I want it to do well, but I’m always let down
