Seriously Joey and Rachel should have ended up together. I mean the one time Joey falls in love and wants to be in a serious relationship the show can't let them. This literally made me cry. I love Joey and he would never treat Rachel as horribly as Ross treats her a lot of the time. I really wish the show had kept them together.
Everyone talks about how Joey & Rachel were this ridiculous couple that never should have happened, but I thought they were so cute together! Ross and Rachel ending up together was inevitable, but I really wish they would have given Joey and Rachel a fighting chance instead of ending it after a couple of episodes.
I don’t think it was inevitable. They could have taken the chance on Rachel and Joey. And having Rachel give up her dream for Ross or even anyone was terrible. Her going to Paris would have been the perfect ending for her, all her hard work and the maturity she gained paying off
It makes me cry every time I watch it. Rachel was Joey's first love and he is such a great guy inside. I really, really wish they ended up together. They were so perfect.

This is so beautiful, just like them! I've always had a soft spot for Joey, and I think he's never been more serious and in love than when it comes to Rachel! I really wish they were handled better and that it wasn't RR in the end: I know pretty much everyone loves this couple, because they had this 'epic' love, but IMO Joey and Rachel were the real thing and he could've made her happier than Ross, just my thought. thank you :) yes i totally agree with your thoughts ! The ending of them and her ending up with Ross kinda seemed rushed and forced to me ! Also they didn't even give joey an ending at all. Like monica chandler having a baby, Phoebe being happily married and ross rachel and joey ending up together, but Joey ... nothing :/ And yes they would have been the real thing and in my opinion really happy :)
Even after all these years ... I will never understand why the couple Joey and Rachel is not appreciated .. this is one of the most wonderful ships I have seen in this series ... Joey loved Rachel with all her heart, and it touched me so much, it's the very definition of love. I have nothing against the couple Ross and Rachel but I admit that Joey and Rachel were one of my favorite couples, and forever.
@@paigedavis1370 not really. They messed up the 9th and 10th season, because they preferred the romance between Ross and Rachel over the pure, believable and intense love of Joey and Rachel!
You know I think the main reason why the writers did nothing with Joey and Rachel’s relationship on the show is because we’re afraid to write Joey as committed, as through out the seasons he never seemed that way, he could have been, he had fallen for Rachel that was his only character development, they knew that if they gave joey and Rachel more romantic screen time, it would have been harder for Rachel to say yes to Ross! It really hurts me to see something that could have been really amazing just being thrown into the trash can because of how biased the writers were... they had given us Monica and chandler, why couldn’t of they given us Joey and Rachel too... they had a beautiful rare friendship and they could of had a beautiful amazing relationship! Joey was much better suited for Rachel in so many ways, Rachel was born from a rich and uptight family, so was Ross, it was deep routed within the both of them and so when together it clashed making their relationship toxic, but Joey taught her how to relax, to chill and that not everything material matters and in some it does, they will always be good together because they learned so much from one another 😭😭😭😭 I just wished the ended up together or was at least given more time with one another.
Everytime i watch a Joey+Rachel vid, i cry. I love them together and how i wish they were endgame. Ross is just to toxic for Rachel but Joey brings out the fun and quirky side of Rachel, while she brings out the seriousness and commitment in Joey. How sad the showrunners didn't give their relationship a chance to at least bloom.
A lot of people didn't like this pairing but I truly loved it. It was the first and only time Joey was truly vulnerable and that was beautiful. Then again, I like unconventional pairings and always hoped Chandler and Rachel would get together, lol. Anyway, this was a gorgeous, gorgeous tribute. Tremendously beautiful.

Your fan made is better than their relationship. I always thought that Friends wasn't serious enough about some things like this. Always joking about the dead mother of phoebe or other people like former boss of Rachel (Joanna), even laugh at some point of Monica and Chandler when they realized they were unnable to have kids, but they never actually tried to be serious about the Rachel/Joey thing. Joey was actually really crazy about Rach for weeks and it was the only time in ten years were he never got any girl, never tried anything with anyone. Even if for Rachel it was just physical in the end, i wished they tried to do something like your fan made. Something serious and true. Not a record laugh about this. This video is really good. I am a Friends fan since i'm a kid and i actually always kind of dissapointed about the end of this relation. Thanks for this :)
This is my favorite ship. They truly fit together and have made each other so very happy. Despite the unrealistic alterations that the writers have made to ensure that Rachel loves Ross despite everything he's said or did, I imagine that Rachel did end up with Joey.
I tear up every time I watch Roey edits cuz they're just the perfect couple ever, and he is a great guy, and so sweet, and so romantic, he dissevers better and he really shouldn't of ended up on his own, Ik he moves in with Monica and Chandler but he is too sweet to be alone.

When I finished the all seasons...I hate that they did not had more "love" moments...so I think that would have given more reality to the show and different perspective to Joey's character...love them together!
It's true that Joey loves food but he can be a true lover too :) And given that he ended up single in the end, he could've actually ended up with Rachel ... I mean they made much more sense than Ross and Rachel ever did ... Ross and Rachel dint have an inch of compatibility but as to joey and rach, they were just so perfect and got along really well ... And they could've actually brought back Emily or someone else as they introduced Mike for Phoebe... in that way everyone could've had a beautiful ending... joey was so underrated.

I agree. I used to love Ross and Rachel together untill I saw all the problems and disfuction with them. Rachel and Joey, they were amazing as a couple, better, Fun, sexier, sweet, it would have been a better story.
Oh my god, this is just so so so beautiful, I literally teared up about a minute in, this is just so perfect - I love love LOVE these two together and I totally agree with what you said in the description! I mean, JoeyxRachel just felt so natural, but they built it up and made it so genuine and sweet, only to end them in such a terrible way, it was not handled well at all. I wish they gave Rachel & Joey a real chance. They both see each other as friends before they are lover, unlike ross always see Rachel as a girl he want. It got bored watching Rachel and ross on and off over and over again.

this was absolutely beautiful♡ Thankyou for making this. I've always been bashed for shipping these two and everyone seems to think there is something off/unusual about them. For me it just seemed so right. Rachel is the only girl Joey has ever been in love with unlike ross who marries every women he starts dating lmao (i'm sorry it was an easy shot). Just the fact that Joey is so in love and caring for Rachel as well as ross in the situation shows how loyal of a friend he is as well. Most loyal out of the six I tell you that. It's obvious that Rachel wants to be with Ross as everybody else thinks so. "it's the right thing to do" in Rachel's mind. (not saying she didn't love Ross but I know she truly loved Joey too. Even if we didn't see a lot of it.
