Joey Votto never fails to entertain when on the field or in front of a microphone. Connect with the Reds! / reds / reds / reds / reds www.giphy.com/reds
I'm so glad Votto is on the Reds and will most likely retire with the Reds. He may not be the player he used to be but he's still my favorite by far. I see him being the quintessential locker room guy the way Scott Rolen was in Cincinnati. He might not finish with definite hall of fame numbers but I'd say he's absolutely one of the best hitters in Reds history and probably top 100 in all of baseball history 💯
His contract is hurting the Reds so much that he leads the team in RBIs and HRs. He is among the top 10 on the league in almost every offensive category. I think the man is a legend to everyone that knows a little about baseball and anyone that has played against him on the field. I don't think you know squat about baseball.
Highly overrated? Only the second player ever to get his 2000th hit, get his 300th HR and get 1000th RBI all in the same season. The other was Billy Williams who is also in the hall of fame. Was Billy Williams overrated too?
