hanumansrivijaya Hello! First, thanks for your questions. Some say that size, weight and strength does not matter. I think that claim is ignorant at best. Size, weight and strength are all factors in self protection situations. The relevant question is maybe if they are the only factors? I would say they are not. The ability to injure an assailant is what gives you a chanse to even the odds. Proper training is of course not something that makes your chance smaller. So my answear is yes, a woman, a shorter or some one physically weaker can effectively protect them self against a bigger and stronger assilant. I hope my answear was of at least some help.
