people are scared about fukoshima its so irrational,... the earthquake and taunami killen 20k people the nuclear accident arguably 2 people. ( in the last 30 years...)
I visited the beaches near Corpus Christi decades before the bp oil spill. You could see the platform easily from the coast. And there were black nodules on the beaches.
Hi! Congratulations on the video. I need a database that contains historical information about uranium inventaries. Could you tell me where I can get this data? Thanks!
It is wise for any uranium investor to have physical uranium in there portfolio.of course how we achieve this is by buying "uranium partisapation corp" and/or "yellow cake" due to long term price fixed contract obligations by some U3o8 producers
Listened 2 John 6 months ago, message I took, was , uranium best bet. Then 2nd was the people. So I bet , that I’m part of that. A boss that has something to sell, only needs crew 4 the cake
The pollies ignored transitioning the coal power stns to Gas turbine boilers around the existing distribution infrastructure, failed policy, then the halting of the neuclear power reactor at Jervis bay nsw in the 90's put Au in the nowhere land country that we see currently.
Well they have about 35 million dollars of assets and a market cap of 65 million. Might not be the best time to consider this company regardless of the great management team. Really speculative at the moment.
ive nver heard a single proponent of neuclear energy provide an argument against the risk of war or geological upset to negate safety concerns... this is no exception
Mega Uranium is a junior that I've been holding for a while........ To John's point on Wind and Solar......it is over stated. Deep Yellow Limited. I'm surprised it is not listed on the TSX.
This guy is hilarious. Atomic energy is neither CHEAP, CLEAN, or SAFE. Anyone with the ability to count to three would realize this. Remember Three Mile Island, or Chernobyl, or Fukushima, the lethal triple meltdown in Japan that is STILL pouring 300,000 gallons of radioactive waste water into the Pacific Ocean as we speak for the past 11-years?? How soon we forget. But let's look on the "bright side" of nuclear. First, is nuclear *"Cheap"?* The fact is, it is so expensive that all nuclear facilities around the world totally rely on huge governmental subsidies, just to stay in business. Second, is nuclear energy *"Clean"?* If was as 'clean' as The Nuclear Energy Commission claims, instead of everyone having a solar panel in their backyard, they would have a NUCLEAR REACTOR. Not only that, but where would you store all of the highly radioactive nuclear waste material? In your basement?? And third, is nuclear energy *"Safe"?* If you think so, you're dreaming. All three of these famous disasters were caused by all three types of nuclear accidents-either design flaws, weather, or earthquakes... AND ALL OF THEM FAILED MISERABLY. So you can just take all of those moronic arguments off the table, right now. What we should be concentrating on now is developing TABLETOP FUSION, which could solve all of the entire world's energy needs both safely and effectively.
I see the need and advantage of nuclear but in his sales job of how safe it is, he never mentions waste fuel, depleted uranium risks. Other than the military's dumping it all over the 3rd world in the form of weapons, theres nowhere to go with it. Its enormously dangerous in the long run with a half life of hundreds of thousands of years. Who's gonna volunteer to have this in their backyard? The world is shrinking, just look at the fights against pipelines everywhere. I think this is risky as an investment and as a long term energy source. He's a uranium guy so to an extent, he doesn't want to see the possibilities elsewhere.
I wouldn't be afraid of having a nuclear reactor of the designs after 1980. There has been no meltdown from any nuclear technology reactor built since then. That what I dont understand about people criticisms of nuclear. It like nuclear is the only technology that is not allowed to advance in technology and safety. Fukushima and Chernobyl were 1st generation reactors! We are in the 3rd generation and moving to the 4th!
It sounds like Kazatomprom is the Saudi Arabia of U3O8. Who is to say they simply won’t sell large amounts into any rally and squash all the junior producers in Canada, Australia and elsewhere?
What about all the spills from oil and the explosions from gas and so on and so on multiple problems with it all the events with nuclear are minimal in comparison to there competitors
@@ricardosullivan9202 Yes, it is minimal until it is not. And you can clean oil easier than radiation. But I learned that there is a new nuclear technology that works without rods but with some coated balls and this one should be save. I do not remember the name of it. May be you know more about it. Please write me if you know how it is called. Thank you.
How many millions have been killed in car crashes but we do not ban driveing. Every industry has it problems, upsides & downsides, its about ironing out the problem and implementing suitable control measures to contain the risks associated with any hazards identified.nuclear is critical to the furthering of man so just accept it
@@zorropai7414 dude, nuclear waste is controlled,we have a huge amount of heavy water safetly stored around the world and will will continue to do so.co2 pouring out of chimney stacks from coal power plants is NOT controlled or containable, deforestation of the amazon rainforest to fuel biomass reactors is not controlled or sustainable, the lungs of the earth being felled, emissions from natural gas plants is not controlled or containable..all the materials to build solar & wind infrastructure is mined out of the earth powered by fossil fuels and have a 15 year life and need to be fully replaced again NOT sustainable..we do not have enough metallic materials to electrify the whole world,to just put 20million electric cars on the road we need to double global copper production NOT sustainable..There is an abundance of uranium in the earth it is one of the most common elements known, uneconomical deposits become economical when the price of U3o8 is such that it can be mined.. nuclear power is the primary source of future global electrification because of its energy return on energy expelled, 0% carbon emissions 100% safe & sustainable
