Hes slowing down and knows it, aging, looking good tho, hence hes telling you straight up. Listen to it, as we get older we become less physical, you can see his face a bit slimmer here. Hes got plenty left in him though and he seems very present and thoughtful, intelligent. But as he says, as we all know as we get older, we gotta look after ourselves better cause truth is we going downhill. Its life cycle. Hard to understand when you are a certain age and got so much life left, not so hard as you get to an age where physically the best is behind you and your slowly declining. Not morbid just truth.
