Dude being tight is so dangerous than many disease i can't even count , it causes imbalance and affects abdominal tendons that affect you gut movements and you're psoas muscle and you're thoracique tendons get tight too wish makes breathing more dfficult and it makes you feel that you're heart beats faster and causes panic attacks etc etc.... I've been there go stretch every day my friends
I just imagined an insanely trolling torture device. What if: The device stretches your legs either way you turn it. So once your at your max stretch you try turning the other way round, but it just deepens the stretch. And then you try to press down the handle to pick yourself out of the machine. But it work as a pump and when pumped down it also furthers the stretch!

I went on one of this and I was literally in so much pain that I couldn’t twist anymore but I wanted to do a full split so I told my friend keep twisting that wheel for me!
