@@ninjabobbob8090 your muscle recovery is quicker it doesn't make you stronger that takes time and dedication. So by your reasoning every steroid user would be lifting new PR's on the daily. There's many steroid users who can't squat 311lbs nevermind 611lbs. Don't belittle his achievement.
Its strong, but it aint by any means very good. i mean im just a cusual 88kg lifter myself and i am at like 485 already. There are 74,83 and 93kg lifters who can do that 600 for reps.. And considering he has had alot of years to do it.. i dont fint it that sick
engkvist TF I'm finding it very hard to take you seriously. He is 250lbs and performed a 600lb lift using just his leg muscles. I honestly do not know how you cannot be amazed by that. I think either you don't understand how a squat works or you're just trolling me.
I do know what a squat is, i squat 3 times a week. And i personally dont feel im very strong and im at 485 already, much lighter than him. Ofcourse he is alot stronger than me, but people weighing that much often lift that + alot more
4 me being a tall person I'm unable 2 go all the way and feel it's not good 4 my knees so me going half way eye feel 4 me I'm still getting the workout🍑
@@teamcowboys303 i got long legs and I still try to go atg. It’s only your mobility you have to work on. ATG squats are supposed to be a natural stance for people no matter their height.
Guys, for those of you saying it is fake, it's not. Cena is very strong, extremely strong. 500 bench press, deadlifts over 500 pounds for reps and uses 500 pounds for reps for squats. He is pushing 40 and he still has the same strength, if not more, then he did when he first came into the WWE. That's impressive.
There’s an insanely strong black guy at my gym that literally just did a 675lb squat the other day. It was like 6 or 7 of the 45lb plates on both sides of the bar. Everybody in the gym literally stopped their workouts to watch him. He barely did it for 2 reps with ass to grass form which made it even more impressive. He probably could’ve did it for 2 more reps if he went parallel. He looks natural too but I could be wrong.
I think it was because, he said 611 then swore, so they super imposed a previous face on top of the face when the swearing took place so you couldn't read his lips.
Larry trains specifically for power lifting though and hasn't destroyed his body wrestling and traveling across the world for 20 years. If Cena wanted to be strictly a power lifter and didn't train for looks or mobility he would be putting up some crazy numbers.
Hey Mark, any chance of another backyard meet of the century this summer? With all of the original names plus some additions. Namely our European friends. Could be an epic day for powerlifting. Especially with all the new super training subs.
Why does his face shake when he decends on the squat (0:11 you can clearly see his head move in random directions as if someone was editing his face but couldnt keep it realstic so his face is moving) is this video real?
