Mary does not receive worship in the slightest similar to that which we give to God. It is Him that we worship in Her, because He Himself decided to live under Her heart. From the moment of the Annunciation, the Church has accompanied Mary in carrying Jesus. The prayers we direct through her intercession lead us to Jesus. After all, the rosary prayer is not only fully biblical (we only add a request for intercession to the words of the Bible), but also focused on Jesus. Together with Mary, we ponder the mysteries of His life and walk with Her through subsequent events of God's life among us. She is the Guide on the way to Him.
