John Deere 204L Loader Tutorial

I always thought your mom was too busy keeping the log yard running to be in the videos. I've never seen her slacking off except one time you showed her in lizard mode basking on a pile of logs in the sun. I've never seen her in any videos when she wasn't doing something. Great intro with the cartwheel Em. I'm going to try that. I'll let you know how things went while in the emergency room. Boss lady did a great job explaining her rig. Drove testing rigs at Timber Jack, smaller log skidders. Worked as a draftsman there, if you needed fresh air, we drove out to the testing field. We pulled a 50,000 lb. cast iron pig at all times. My knowledge of operation was minimal but had fun.

👍for Mom. I ran a 93 544G for 20 years moving dirt, wood , and a 12 foot protech snopusher. Cassette player had many hours on it ;) Never been in a 204L. Looks like fun.

The next thing your going to need is a box plow. After running a lumber yard for 15 years in snow country I can tell you that the pushing capacity of a loader matched with a box plow gets you back to business quickly after a snow event.

Finally the boss lady speaks. Awesome video and explanation of the wheel loader. Looking forward to more of ur videos. A little safety tip u probably already know, go straight up and down hillsides. She will turn over fairly easy if u don’t. Stay safe

I've noticed some mills have this machine that extends its reach out 30 feet so that no need to move piles but load and unload right over their stacks of lumber. Thanks for the tutorials on machine function and moving logs. This machine's loading capacity has made it a vital part of the lumber business.
