John Deere 5520: Crank, no start-fixed

The tractor would crank but wouldn't start. Turns out the fuel pump fuse was blown, replaced fuse, it blew again. A little internet searching determined it was a bad COLD START SENSOR. Replaced it and we were up and running again.

Nice fix, I don't think my 4600 has one of these. I may try the thermistor next. I did the fuel shut off solenoid-it didn't help other than the first start.

I believe you're on the right track. If the fuses are good that's a known issue for a no fuel in 4600's.

The tractor will run fine just unplugging from that sensor. No real need to replace it.
