Same setup, except a four bottom plow. Those plows do a fantastic job, when adjusted correctly. Nothing better than listening to a 730 diesel all day long.

Hoping this spring to get some video of it rolling over. Multiple tractors were plowing the same part so we couldn't go back and forth on the same side.
The plowed field we use to take the green broke horses there if they felt their oats and wanted to buck you off. Took some of the vinegar out of them and if they did get you on the ground it was a lot softer landing.
With a roll over plow, when you get to the end of the field, you turn over the plow, make a U-Turn and travel with left side tire in the furrow. You don't have to go to the other side of the field, to go back. This guy was not flipping the plow. The plow bottoms are 180 degrees apart.
