Excellent video great to see that new drill sowing is first acres. Thanks for the video. Would like to know more about the cover crops. I don't understand why putting some sunflower just before winter. Won't gonna grow a lot?
Thanks for watching! The sunflowers will only get a little growth on them. Cattle can graze on them. Honestly we had an old bag of them laying around and just used them up in this mix.

@@benjaminboyer4748 our summer grazer mix we planted in late spring has brassicas and other species to make this field have a diverse variety, but with lack of rain it never grew this summer
@@riderofnature5023 yeah definitely won't work for the buckwheat sunflower and any other large seeds and it has a much lower germination rate for stuff like rye
