Hi Peter, yes we did some light sanding on the old paintwork to help the primer stick better. It did stick surprisingly well and we didn't have any problems with paint flaking off/peeling after applying the final coat. In hindsight we should've given it a better sanding down for a bit of piece of mind. Thanks
Hi, what nozzle tip size do you use for spraying machinery . I sprayed a tractor and I don't think I let enough paint out of the gun . It seems to scratch easy enough. Great video by the way.
Hi Ryan, the red is the 'primer' base coat, we sprayed this after grinding down and roughening up the original paintjob, to make sure that the final coat of John Deere Green sticks better when we spray over.
