Bad Moon Rising-one of the greatest guitar songs of all time-pure magic in that song. First Time I heard it when I was a teenager I was stunned. CCR created a unique sound that as soon as you hear the opening chords of any of their songs you know it is them instantly-John was and still is a genius. So many damn good sing along songs. Great guitar riffs in all of them.
I still cannot cope with the fact that one of our best entertainers was so miserable treated by his acquaintance.WE hope that John will never have to struggle never more.
Never ceases to amaze me.....I don't understand negative (thumbs down) votes on music.....music is art, and just because it isn't something I don't care for doesn't mean that it has great significance to someone else. I've heard many songs that I wouldn't listen to, but I understand others love for them because we are all individuals, and therefore, would never give it a negative vote. Is John Fogerty my favorite? No. I like his music, but don't love it, but even if it grated on my ears, would never vote negative. It would just seem like I was going out of my way to hurt, and I don't have time or need to project such negative things. What a boring world it would be if everyone only liked the exact same music everyone else liked. I guess it would be the perfect scenario for the all powerful who run the world, but so long as there is variety, there is hope.
Wow! what a very fair comment & all that , i salute & appreciate someone like you coz the way you describe sort of things in music is absolutely right . It' kind of you am sure you're a humble guy so keep it up , respect .
Still have my original copy of Cosmos Factory, my fave CCR album. Fogerty still sounds great, considering he is now close to 70, if not already there. Incredible singer/songwriter

He sound phenominal! haha He mocked his own song 10:36 "Bathroom on the right" and points..lol I guess it would be using his song to mock those who cannot understand hs lyrics or song title. Funny stuff.
5:22 Richard Moll on the drums! Just kidding! Great sidemen, and pretty obvious John appreciates them. I really love people (audiences live or on digital) who are at the age of children and sometimes grandchildren who love certain artists of a past era. I am so surprised (and sometimes not really) when I see very young people turned on to artists from decades ago. You get the idea, and I don't really have to give you examples. It would only take me a few years to list them all. Guess that's not happening, but if You are Hip. I don't have to do that anyway. There is great stuff from Blondie, Rammstein, Bach, Green Day and Stevie Ray Vaughan, Bues Brothers plus about 65 other artists from all time periods and genres and time periods for your collection on a desert island. Need I say more? If I do, then I'm very sorry for you. A desert island list, unfortunately, needs to be less than 64 or likely 20 artists. I guess it depends on the cruelty of your captor.
I'm like all his songs, maybe 1 or 2 am not like. John and we have a relationship. I'm listen John am was minor 12 years at this moment. Now am help him when he need.
Show could no one request: BORN ON THE BAYOU???? The greatest song! -(I hope it was played towards the end, seems like this cut off before the show ends)
