How interesting to see that part of the country. Very nice park. I liked all the historical details too.. Good to see the Princess! lol...the pillory was "couples counseling Aussie style" !! :)
Thank you for watching and your kind words as always. We have lots of lovely National Parks in Western Australia and I hope to visit a lot more of them in the near future. I think the Princess might of been just a little tempted to put a key pad lock on that pillory. Haha I will be trying out a lot of new things for my videos this year. exciting stuff ahead. 👍
I love those out of the way places to explore! - Pity they don't still have a train running through the national park, I reckon it would be really pretty. Was good to see the Princess - I laughed at the end!
Thanks mate, I too love to explore way out places with a bit of history. I hope to visit & video more places like this one in the near future. The Princess and I had a great fun day out in the park.
I remember going up there as a kid in the 60s. For some reason I don't remember the dam. Maybe it is time I want back to have a look. One part of the old railway that is worth looking at is the Swan View tunnel. Easiest access is from Pechey Road at the foot of the hills.
Hi, You will find the Glen Brook dam on the left hand side on the unnamed road that takes you to picnic area and tavern just off Park Rd. I definitely want to go back in the winter months to see all the waterfalls and also check out the old railway Swan View Tunnel. I defiantly recommend you take another visit to the park. Cheers 👍
Thanks mate, It was my first ever visit to John Forrest national park and won't be my last. I would like to go back there later in the year to catch some video footage of the park waterfalls, old railway tunnel and go on a few of the many hiking trails. 👍 PS I hope the rain will stop soon in your neck of the woods.
Thank you Nilesh for your lovely comment. Unfortunately I live in Perth, Western Australia and the Adelaide River is about 3900 kilometres away in the Northern Territory and I have no plans of visiting this year but when I do you can be rest assured I will make a video on the beautiful Adelaide River. Thank's for watching. 👍
@@OutandAboutwithCraig oops...! 3900 ?? Unbelievable. it seems to be very close on map...I requests Scott Morrison to manage a private plane for Your vLog For Adelaide 😀😀
Craig, you do have a knack for making one feel like they are along for the adventure. Well done. I wonder if perhaps you miss the obvious video 'click bait' you have at your side. The Prince'ss is such a cutie and you are indeed a handsome and delightful couple. She cracked me up with the sneezing at the end.
