Aphex Twin is the Bach of modern times - his music can be played on many different instruments in many different genres (this video, Alarm Will Sound album, innumerous covers on the internet etc.)
@@73brook Yes! It' funny though because John didn't want to take a picture at first but Emily Kokal coaxed him into it. Josh was cool and gave me a pair of his drum sticks. Flea was nice too and took a quick pic with him. That night I was really impressed with Warpaint. It was the first I've seem them live. This was when they weren't as big yet and Stella just joined (or was about to join the band).

Yes, I knew john would've listened to at some time in his career, hope he listened to squarepusher too. I reccomend beep street, iambic 5 poetry and iambic 9 poetry (from squarepusher) tundra is great too
Track 6 off the Analogue Bubblebath 3 CD (or track 2 off the vinyl). And the band name was AFX (it was the first time he used that as an alternate band name).
The drums are shitting all over the intro rhythm when they come in, and for most of the song actually. Would be cool if JF and Flea did this with Chad.
@@NP-lz2bx maybe the guy isnt a musician. But even the original track from aphex Twin has an off beat melody that Comes back into time with the rest of the intruments/drums. They played it almost identical to the original.
