This is REAL talk from John. Game player or not this is sound advice. Steph relies too much on "fun", drinking and male attention and it not helping her career at all. For me she should end this nonsense with Jeremy and also end her relationship outside(if its not finished already), be single and focus on her career.

I think this says a lot about John's 'game plan' when he talks about 'employability'. He would much rather be interesting than make friends because he knows it's a TV show. If he's interesting, he's on TV more. If he's on TV more, he gets paid more, and invited onto other shows. Negative attention can be positive if you're getting paid for it. Look at Katie Hopkins.
