Wish someone had a video of the elevators in the 80's with the wonderful touch sensitive buttons, and "1X 2X 3X" floor indicators.

wow thats a nice elevator I like the talking lady that tells you things about the elevator its interesting how she said its otis I never heard any talking elevator say the brand or the speed of the elevator were you in there alone it sounds like a recording

Hancock's elevators are confirmed the fastest in NA, regardless of whatever Wikipedia article or whatever you're getting your info from. Besides, why would I want to pay 15 bucks and wait in line to go to the shabby 103rd floor observatory deck of Sears, filled with annoying tourists and gift shops, when I could go to the classy 96th floor Signature Lounge in Hancock for free, getting a better view of the city, and perhaps a cocktail, sitting comfortably for as long as I want?

Just a quick question. Is there some type of mall in the John Hancock? At 0:31, in the back round, it looks like one plus in the movie Poltergeist 3 there was one. Wikipedia says other wise though.
