Of course Michael was a huge horror movie buff....American Werewolf In London was one of his favorites and that's why he got John Landis to help him make the music video. And I can't say I blame him. And I knew I was right when I referred to Michael's monster form as a were-cat since in the Making Of video the monster is referred to as a 'cat-monster' as opposed to a werewolf. The humanoid werewolf aesthetic is a werewolf look I like anyway, especially due to Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Big Wolf on Campus both having that kind of werewolf. And also originally the monster was supposed to be a demon but that was against Michael's beliefs.

He’s so annoying I think he really kind of disrespected him on thriller this is 40 documentary I heard he’s so difficult to work with by his personality I can tell why
