They did do a great job! However I kept thinking that snare sound sounded too much like the original (sample wise) and then I saw Aaron play a fill on the toms but heard a snare fill. I think they’re playing to some sort of backing track but idk

The one who need a backing track is just you, there are musicians really good paid to be there and play music, for real, and only an ignorant can't notice that they aren't playing in playback.
