John Mayer - Slow dancing in a burning room (live at Ziggo Dome 2019) 

It was his best I've ever seen him do live. The second night it was not nearly as good, but then again...it was hard to top this. The bar was set and it's high 😉.

I was very fortunate to be there that special night. I agree... these solo’s were breathtaking and beyond words.

@@dvschend so you were one of those who cheered, when he asked who was there the night before as well? ;) I almost didn't go, as my +1 had to cancel on rather short notice, but I am so glad, i decided to keep my own ticket and just go by myself. I just read your review, and didn't know that the setlists were different.. thanks for that info (for next time i'll remember ;)) by the way, i noticed that you stated he used his "SRV", but looking closely at the video it seems it's not that, but his Signature Strat (difference is a brown vs. a black pickguard without the "SRV" etching). thanks for the other upload as well!

@@cdh79 Yes, I was cheering both hands in the air. It is actually the SRV, but he had the pickguard replaced (I've read in an interview he did this a few months ago, cause the original was scratched). Good for you that went alone. I go for 90% by myself to concerts and I love it. I enjoy the music so much more and can focus only on that this way ;)

​@@dvschend ​ oh, i wasn't aware about that, thanks! I only knew that his Signature Strat was based on his '96 SRV, but now that you mentioned it it does makes sense he used that one. :) I usually ask around my group of friends once to give them the opportunity, but with them often either taste and/or money is an issue. If nobody's interested, i go alone (I got used to that after i moved to NL and didn't know anyone yet). And if someone decides to join, they do know that they'll have to enjoy the music, and not bother me with anything during the concert ;) What a great start into the weekend! Mayer yesterday and today i got my tickets for Clapton in June!

Ronnie Graber Well, it‘s a '64 pre CBS Strat, so no surprise there. But I also prefer him playing strats. 👍🏻

Yes!! But he prefers his PRS guitars..... Sadly. I'm glad the Two Rock/Dumble amps are back!
