One of the highlights of that guy’s life, I bet. That’s your chance to show out. I would’ve been there in my jeans, bolo tie, denim jacket, white socks and penny loafers, dancing/sliding around. I learned all my teenage style/dance moves from JM. 😂

I remember that concert... sort of... What I remember most is beer was $5 and came in a small plastic souvenir mug, and the great music. I also remember going into the Men's restroom and there were more Women in there than men. The women's line was really long, as was the men's, and the women just tired of waiting. haha

I suggest families give up board game night, light a bon fire and dance to Mellencamp night !!

Him, Bobbie Knight, and IU are all Indiana's Claims to Fame. I'm from The Calumet Region or just "The Region". I can just look at him and recognize someone from the Farm belt of the Midwest like Indiana. He really does sound great in each cut I've heard and he looks to be in pretty good health. He still moves all over the stage. Still got a lot of energy. We're all proud of Mellencamp's achievements.
