The phrase "But a a" meaning I can't believe this, is pronounced "Buh a a" just how you say the letter A in the alphabet and not "Ayie Ayie". But I like the message. It was cool for me and its good to know that our dialect is noticed and was easy to find online. Good that he did not forget Tobago. That message was well received. Good humour, realistic and very suitable to how we can make light of a serious situation. May be Mr. Oliver may look forward to hearing a few of our calypsoes (songs) about him. @@A-FELIX The type of music is called calypso. I have not heard any songs about this piece since, but we are getting more like the USA where news gets really old very quickly. Things were much slower in years gone by and we had a lot of interesting compositions sung by our local artistes. Here is an example of two of my favourite calypso tunes. Dingolay - a song about everybody having the power to enjoy themselves through music. I second everything John said. If Warner brings down a row of high-ranking FIFA criminals, I will no longer care what he himself did. He could even keep all of the money he stole, from football and, apparently, from Haitian earth quake victims (classy!) .

Deal with it, Trinidad! The insecure whining and angry denials from the Trinidad people after the corruption of the Warner scandal is very telling. Your attitude seems to be "how dare anybody from outside our country criticize us!" Wow, grow up - your officials are hopelessly corrupt and your society is about 50 years behind the times. Maybe your hero Warner can donate some of those ill-gotten gains to the Trinidad education system - it's clear your country desperately needs it!!
