I don't think she's worried about society. After her ex cheated then divorced her I think she's gun shy. She wants to fall in love with him and maybe she is, but she's scared. Give her time. According to US Weekly he moved to LA last week. They'll see each other more now and that should help.

@@adriana77 , I agree, but she likes him, it's her past relationships, ex-husband cheated, Colton, really did not want her, but, (he says the producers made him entertain her), so, broke her heart, after all of that, you have to hold your heart in tact, even though I believe JPJ would cherish her, it is just scary to give them your heart....Period...

@@anniebanana3698 , my opinion deems it true because he said on a talk show that, after his date with Cassie on the island, he knew he was, not falling but, in love with her....and the producers were pushing him to date Tayshaia/Hannah G. more...so, according to Colton, his words, once he saw the manipulation (which he had been on Becca's season and BIP), so he knew that this has always been the game, because it's a show.... but, anyway, he says, he knew all along he was going to pick Cassie..(fine), because if you watched the show, I for one had no clue he was that into Cassie...but, he said he played the producers game as long as he could (hence leading Tayshaia/Hannah G. on), knowing he was not going to choose them....so, for me yes, Colton was playing with their hearts, he took Tayshaia on the 1st fantasy suite, but he knew he could/and would not be intimate with her because he wanted Cassie. He finally manned up and dumped them after Cassie turned him down, the cat was out of the bag, by then, and he couldn't propose to either, because he had confessed un-dying love to Cassie...smh

​@@terry-annfrancis1252 I'll address your two premises separately. The conclusion that two different personalities cannot work, is an absurdity. But I think you know that. As for the awkwardness- I have two points. (1) Obviously given the recent Derek situation, his 'awkwardness' will naturally subside given time. (2) For a small amount of awkwardness- JPJ organized a meaningful and fun experience- thus why the rest of the cast were admiring it. Goofiness and awkwardness are inherently different. He is eccentric, perhaps. On the other hand, he is incredibly entertaining- and the show likely wont show the numerous, less 'awkward', conversations between JPJ and Tayshia.

@@terry-annfrancis1252 I will say he lacks, to some degree, common sense. Emotional intelligence is pretty low on that one.

I believe it is sound to admit JPJ has a higher IQ than most of the guys on the show. At 24, he's already a successful financial analyst and he displays many of the creative traits most high IQ people exhibit. What he is lacking in is emotional intelligence if anything. That deficiency was displayed during his dealings with Derek (speculatively has a slightly lower IQ than JPJ but a much higher ability to control his emotions and recognize them in others) Please don't equate goofiness to a lack of intelligence ever again, Amy. You're better than that.

Do I even ask you how u know so much about him ? Lol. This is the first ever show from the bachelor series I’ve seen Other then a few episodes here and there over the years. I do have a 28 year old son with Asperger’s. And Im well aware of social and intellectual degrees of the spectrum :) Sorry but I still haven’t heard one intelligent sentence from him yet. And really that’s what I’m talking about in my comment. If a man can’t hold an interesting conversation with you. His IQ Means very little To some that is. And I’m well aware that one can be goofy yet intelligent. Lol. Im still thinking it may be the surfer dude and lack of in-depth conversations that I’m getting the biggest clues :)

To get your certification CFA to become a financial analyst you need a bachelors degree 4 years of acceptable work experience plus before that you will need to pass all three levels of the CFA Exams in succession He’s what 24 ? Hmmm. Lol. And technically you could become a financial analyst by knowing someone in the business that wants to give u a title lol. That’s not illegal. Just saying lol

I was referring to the success of the firm he works for. As a second year medical student- I know most in the position have the credibility and belong here in a top 10 school. The same logic applies to any field. A few bad eggs always, but mostly qualified.

@@AMYV3 Fun fact, a lot of intelligent people are not so great in social situations (with communication even, Rowan Atkinson is an example, he has a very high IQ but struggles with communication) and some do not easily comprehend emotions of others or how they are affected. And JPJ seems to be lacking in that emotional understanding department. But that does not make him any less intelligent, maybe not "smart" so to say, but definitely not in terms of intelligence
