“Wokeism in the entertainment industry has made its way to Nashville.” Freedom and creating art go hand-in-hand, and wokeism is destroying both. Country singer-songwriter John Rich shares his moving story of how he got his start in music, dealing with failure, and never bending a knee to the woke mob. He also talks about patriotism, being a dad, and the American values his family instilled in him from an early age that led to his success.

What people are missing is that this has been a psy-op from very beginning. The powers that be have seen fit to ‘program’ the public. The message has changed over the years, it’s just now they see an opportunity to upend the system. It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity as King Charles put it. I have lived outside the main stream line entire life. None of this garbage interested me. I’m happy to see others are finally coming around. We have to build our own systems. I really appreciate this message. When I was growing up I really loved flying and firefighting. My dad was a volunteer firefighter and that was my one goal and focus as a boy. As a teenager, I would ride my bike to the local airport and hop rides with hour-builders. I learned enough by 15 or 16 to have earned my Private Pilot’s License but that’s quite an expensive hobby. 23 years ago at the age of 21 a tire I was changing off the rim on my pickup exploded in my face. This brought physical and mental injuries as well as seizures. These things squashed those 2 dreams. Fast forward to now with a family and requirements of life and I’m seeing my useful life slipping away as I’m still stuck in the “I can’t do these things” mindset. I saw that mindset and way of life as wasting the skills and drive that I have in me. I’m venturing into services that I can provide on a volunteer basis, such as the Civil Air Patrol. Thank you John for this. It really does inspire people to try to do things that they think aren’t possible. Many first timers were people who were told time and time again told “no you can’t do this” but they wanted it so bad that they just kept pressing on and made history.

TxS, I live in Sydney Australia but have been to and through the USA on 14 occasions between 1984-2013. All up I've been to 18 States, which took in 100 cities, towns and hamlets. About 2005, I began to notice your country's culture and identity changing. And in 2013 when in San Francisco, I realised America was coming apart. In the summer of 2020, it'd become clear the social structures were Parlous. Since then they've deteriorated. To gauge an insight with this can be garnered by reading the works of Lance Morrow, who's based in NYC, talking about the sociological demise of America, via Wokeism and progressive agendas. With regards to MSNBC and CNN programs I occasionally watch (Joy Reid) it's clear the colored people on those programs are virulent racists. And none of them want justice for past events, but retribution.

It's because the people that are waking up are deciding that others can't do and say whatever they want and that rubs the unwoken because they don't know how to handle. If someone was able to kick a dog every day and one day it bit you, you think it's because he was having a bad day or he just got tired of being kicked?

THE MILLION-DOLLAR QUESTION: Will you go to Heaven when you die? Have you lied, stolen, used God’s name in vain, or lusted (which Jesus said was adultery, Matthew. 5:28)? If so, God sees you as a liar, thief, blasphemer, and adulterer at heart. If you die in your sins, you will end up in a terrible place called Hell. But there's good news. Though we broke God's Law, Jesus paid the fine by dying on the cross: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" (John. 3:16). Then Jesus rose from the dead and was seen by hundreds of eyewitnesses. He fulfilled all the prophecies of the promised Savior. Please, today, repent and trust Jesus, and God will forgive you and grant you the gift of eternal life (Ephesians. 2:8,9). Then, to show your gratitude, read the Bible daily and obey it, join a Christian church, and be baptized. Visit t.co/jp8bFXYtmE and t.co/xnaFXWz1gr...

Oh my goodness, I cannot tell you how much I loved this! Not only his backstory of being from Amarillo, but all the little sidenotes he added like about Faith and the story behind Mississippi Girl, which happens to be one of my favorite Faith Hill songs. Also the one about Jason Aldean who I am sooo proud of for the way he and Brittany are standing up to woke culture in country music right now. I have alot of perspective on all this myself as I worked in the biz for many years alongside such great writers as Hank Corcoran, Harlan Howard, Willie Nelson, Bobby Bradock, Curly Putman, Troy Seals, Larry Henley, Ed Bruce, Terry Stafford (also from Amarillo!) and on and on. I have seen the transition of country music over more than a generation. Some parts good, some not, but I love what all he had to say about being able to express our perspectives as artists without this cancel culture restrictiveness. The fact that people can run the risk of being cancelled for saying something that may not be politically correct is a sad state of affairs. Anyway, I am so glad I stumbled on this down home chat from John Rich. His story was "rich" with inspiration and takeaways for all of us! It made my day!!

So I don't know what I said in my comment, which in case you want to go back and read it a few more times, since you seem to be having a hard time connecting the dots, was more about the music business than anything else. That being said, if you do think there are others countries on the face of the earth that are better places to live. than the U.S. and if you happen to be an acolyte of AOC and her anti-American Squat and think America is the a___hole of the universe, I'm not down with that either.
