The funny thing is no one ever cared about politics 10 years ago. Now we are realizing that ignoring politics is why we have gotten to the point we’re at. Don’t ignore politics, do you’re research and ignore the main stream media. Shut up about virtue signaling would be a better song.

Got politically active in 1990. I ticked my parents and father-in-law off when I refused to discuss politics as they were all unregistered to vote. They have all passed away now but would have loved to have sung this to them as a response!
