This is the first time I hear John Scofield live solo. I didn't even know he could play in this style. Of course, why wouldn't he? I feel a little stupid. Wonderful performance of a wonderful song. Thanks for sharing, still so fresh! God bless.

John has been known to tune both standard and Eb. He’s used the 6th string drop for some solo pieces for drones/extensions.
