John Symond lists record-breaking $200 million Point Piper home 

Aussie Home Loans founder John Symond has listed his Point Piper mansion Wingadal for sale and the price is expected to be upwards of $200 million.
The current record currently sits at $130 million.
Mr Symond said he’s selling up because he wants to travel more.
Wingadal is listed with Ken Jacobs of Forbes Global Properties in association with agent Brad Pillinger of Pillinger.
The home sits on 2,676 square metres of prime harbourfront estate, with 98 metres of direct waterfrontage.
The property is split over four levels and has entertaining areas for up to 500 people, undercover parking for 20 cars, four bedrooms, plus a two-bedroom apartment, a pool, a theatre, two commercial kitchens, and a wine cellar with space for 2,500 bottles.
The agents are currently taking expressions of interest.
