The movement tech used is slam storage, diving, and rocket riding. Slam storage is when you slam next to a wall and then wall jump, you're still in the slam state (until you dash), but can move normally, storing your slam. Pressing space just before hitting the ground, and control when hitting it results in a dive, which is a large diagonal jump forward, during which you're still sliding. And rocket riding is, well, that, standing on a rocket and riding it. I just used the whiplash to drag it towards me to ride it.
