In reference to the John wall mvp talks, I definitely agree with you that he was bragging about going for the mvp. He had a docu-series known as “The Summer of Separation”, where he stated continuously that he was gunning for the mvp of the league.

Let's keep things in perspective... I would take the best of Demar DeRozan over Wall but Kyle Lowry and Oladipo? They have never averaged 20 and 10. That isn't the end all, be all, but damn, Kyle Lowry has had years shooting under 40% from the field. Wall never stooped that low. Oladipo had a great year last year, but thus far, he's back to his usual 43% from the field. He needs to prove that last year wasn't an aberration. Wall, for damn sure, isn't perfect, but he isn't trash either.
Black Bull it’s also a matter of how they get their points and how they’re style of play affects the team. Lowrys 16 and 5 playing of ball while always hustling on d is more valuable than walls 20 and 10 with 4 turnovers and him always having the ball in his hands
John Wall had an extremely exciting college career and I think he carried over that same mentality from Kentucky where he was the man and the star but he never fixed that broke ass jumper. It's really a mystery as to why the wizards haven't broken up this squad yet.
I don't like the two scoring guards in any bakcourt. Tht shit only wrks with the Warriors cause Klay Thompson is so unselfish. I still like my PG as a 3nD, team 1st, unselfish guy & an extension of the coach on tha floor. Never/rarely ever do I want my best scorer to be my PG. Unless its Isaiah Thomas, Magic or Gary Payton.
I believe they hired Scott Brooks as a plot to sign KD when he was a free agent. Even though KD pretty much stated that he was not interested in playing in Washington, they still thought that Scott Brooks could change his decision. Now they're stuck with him for the time being cause it doesn't look good firing a coach after you didn't get the top FA.

My poor Wizards. They should have broken this team up long ago. But misguided loyalties have been a serious problem with this franchise. If basketball is simply a business, I don't see why it's so hard to detect a problem within your organization and correct it. I like John Wall because he's all about himself and if you aren't about him or with him then blank you! John Wall is like James Evans coming home from a bad day at work... he works hard, he means well but he's angry at the situation and it winds up hurting that team but he's doing all he can at the time to help his team but if they don't realize who the man of the house is, there's going to be hell to pay. Last season wen he was hurt they went on a run & tha team started embarrassing tha phrase frm tha movie Paid n Full "Everybody Eats" & tha ball moved better other players began to play well. Which you are currently seein now cause he's hurt again & they playn way better, particularly Bradley Beal.
