Incredibly Average hey I was wondering if you’ve seen the round table interview thing she did for some kind of European talk show. It’s looks somewhat recent, and it’s on RU-vid somewhere, as part of an effort to analyze her body language for dishonesty. At any rate, on that show, she is so incredibly arrogant and....weird. Her whole demeanor and even her speech patterns are really disturbing. She says to the host at one point “I still fear for my life”, and he goes “really?” And she says “of course”. One of the other female guests, is clearly skeptical of her (everything she says sounds so hollow and pretentious). And asks her if she’s happy now? And Amber basically stares her down. It’s so obvious she made it up and is now trying to play the role of some sort of bad ass survivor / activist. She’s said in old interviews she has always wanted to be involved with the ACLU, that she looks up to angeline Jolie etc etc. This thing she did to Johnny was her way of fulfillling the “persona” she has always wanted. Vivid Phantom The Video is from 2016 and I think it was after her accusations werde taken to court, but before Depp filed his lawsuit against AH, therefore the questions asked are indeed irrelevant to the case investigated at the time. The judge did not know about her violent behaviour, this did not interfere.

I hadn't seen these videos before and after being thoroughly shocked by her, frankly, ridiculous testimony at the defamation trial, I thought I'd have a look to see what else is out there. It’s disturbing to find out people behave this way. I feel sorry for anyone who attempts to be in a relationship with this woman. I do hope that being a parent has calmed her down somehow. Men are victims of domestic abuse everyday too, and much less people believe them, as we've seen with this case (initially - everybody thought Johnny was the abusive one). Gender is irrelevant when it comes to the MeToo Movement. It shouldn't be "Women are in power" or "Men are in power", it's about letting the victims regain some power. Gender should not even be considered or thought about.

During the trial, I was so disgusted with listening to her lie, I turned off the audio. Which was really interesting. I was able to focus on her facial expressions and her main expression seemed to be one of contempt.

I found her eating a distraction too and I’m more apt to believe how the food was used as a tool, a trigger mechanism to relay a message to her attorney that she felt ‘in a pinch’, feeling cornered, help me- intervene’ . ..had it been only she and the questioner in the room and no one else (no judge, no attorney, no other witnesses to the deposition), I am convinced how Heard would have reached across the table with her good arm or body, and slammed that woman silly in to submission..

I saw that, saw her picture and why she was charged, due to driving with an already suspended license, and the reason for the suspension (according to the laws of where it happened) has the base requirement that she was under the influence while driving (could be another thing as a result of that but the base is that she had to be under the influence for it to be suspended). Wild that she just went out driving again. It's a half-truth, she sees the volunteering as "charity work", but she doesn't say why she had to do charity work, it makes her sound good cause you don't know why she had to do it.

Yeah honestly why did they not mention that what she was saying while being interviewed did not match what they were saying in the conversation between JD and AH?? He literally says he was trying to close the door, in the process of attempting to close the door he scraped her toes, which she admits, and that that was when he bent over and got hurt by her. Also how is that even supposed to work? She says she was trying to close the door in attempt to get away from him, he clearly got hit in the head by the door, they both admit that much, a door has to go outwards towards JD for him to get hit in the head by the door, that means her toes can't get scraped if the door is going outwards, and she's supposedly according to her story attempting to close the door which has to be inwards, you wouldn't put your foot in a spot where you know the door is supposed to close while you're trying to pull it closed would you? However if you're forcing your way into a room with a door that goes outwards for you and somebody on the opposite side is trying to close it it is possible that your toes get scraped and that you hit the other person in the head with the door, which by the sound of it is exactly what she did. Is she fucking dense with this explanation of hers? And where is the logic of the legal representatives??

You'd only tack on extra shit if the answer is "yes, I did hit my partner" because you feel the need to justify it. But if it was truly in self defense, you'd be comfortable using that as the justification alone without needing to spell out a whole story to paint your partner as the villain. And if you never hit your partner, you'd be fine with a simple "No, I havent".

Of course they're smarter than us, this is all a huge game of chess that only the lawyers have a full grasp on.

Well, this was in 2016 and yes, her lawyers had to apologize back then to Johnny Depp for saying she was vindicted in the court of public opinion (however media fails to remember this).This year she didn´t do any deposition. She is trying to dismiss the Virginia case for the fourth time. And The Sun´s lawyers are as bad as these ones. They said Johnny Depp was a coward because Johnny was worried for Covid19 and they said they wanted to do the trial anyways but even the judge agreed with postponing,so The Sun lawyers just showed how trashy they are. They also lied saying Amber could fly to London because travels are banned. They made a smear campaign with some text messages and ignore the part when Johnny said "he couldn´t harm the ones he loves" and they are also spreading that he lied that she cut his finger and that he did it to himself, because he sent to a doctor a text message but they also ignore on purpose that later Doctor Kipper said to Johnny it was impossible for him to do that injury to himself and actually Dr Kipper is a witness of her attacks to Johnny. That is just a bit of how The Sun lawyers and Amber´s lawyers like Kaplan are. Kaplan also showed some photographies before and the judge wasn´t impressed with her action. Johnny was always opened to his addictions to painkillers and Kaplan tried to make it seem like something else.

This is just for clarification. This recording was strictly of a hearing to gather information, most likely without a judge in attendance (potentially one of several such hearings), in order for the lawyers to help prepare there cases for the upcoming trial. Now at a hearing each side takes turn asking question, to which the other side may or may not object to, but because this is a hearing and not a trial the witness is still required to answer the questions regardless if there is an objection or not, they just have to wait until the lawyer making the objection has fully stated the objection for the recording. After the hearing is done, the recording is reviewed by a judge, specifically for only the questions that were objected on, or any questions that weren't answered (hearings typically are only for a set amount of time due to scheduling conflicts of the lawyers involved, so the lawyers will try to get all of their questions out in the initial scheduled hearings). Now once a judge has reviewed the recording they will provide a report to both lawyers, along with copies of the recordings, and the report will state which questions weren't answered at all, which objections were overuled (invalid), and sustained (valid, question/answer can't be used as is). Now the lawyers then have the option to keep things as they are, respond to the report for reasons for the judges decision on an objection to be overuled (the judge may or may not decide to overule their previous decision on the objection based on this), and/or hold further hearings to narrow down bits of information that weren't clarified in the previous hearings. Now once the trial actually starts, each sides lawyer may decide to use all, some, or occasionally even none of the information from the hearings(usually only when said information would hurt their side's case). So getting back to her lawyer's bunch of objections, this is a typical tactic at a hearing(from the few real life hearings I've seen), object to as much of the questions to key witnesses as possible, and hope for favorable responses on them from the judge.
