He is the most honest human-being. Articulate to a fault. Trustworthy, open to the human condition we know as addiction. Amazing person.

Him describing the pain of drug addiction and withdrawal was extremely eye opening. He's been a victim of so many things these last few years. For her to make a spectacle of this terrible situation just shows how little she cared and loved this man. So cold.

She took advantage of his good nature. He’s kind, humble and generous and she saw a target for gain, financial, personal, professional and the like. And then try to ruin them is truly Shocking that you can take advantage of this someone like this.

She’s like a scheming little 13 year old child. This poor man. My heart goes out to him. I don’t know how he stood it. And then to have her turn around and publicly accuse him of abuse.

Hearing him describe the feelings of opioid withdrawal was very very real…… I can’t imagine how difficult that must have been for him to sit up there & relive that all over again. Just hearing him describe it brought back some of those horrible feelings again.. I 100% understand why he kept a few in his pocket when he knew he was going to be around such chaos..

When people say opiate withdrawal feels like dying, they aren’t exaggerating. It feels like every nerve in your body is exposed, right on the surface. You can feel the weight of air on your skin and it hurts. Your blood feels like it’s made of battery acid. You can’t sleep, can’t eat, cant regulate your body temperature, can’t get a moment of relief bc your brain and body are screaming. It’s pure hell that I might only wish on the most evil person on the planet…now imagine trying to navigate those feelings, that experience, with a psychotic banshee breathing down your neck. I truly believe every cell in Johnny’s body was struggling and suffering through that detox and Amber still couldn’t give him a moment’s peace. It’s nothing short of a miracle that Johnny kicked opiates while in a relationship with that soul-sucking vampire of a “woman”…she could have very easily continued to lead him down a path to his own demise. He’s lucky to have so many other amazing and supportive people surrounding him who have his best interest in mind, and that he made it out of this situation with his sanity and his LIFE. Amber is a conniving, self-absorbed, calculating, manipulative monster and I pray she gets everything she has coming to her.

In 2016 I finally kicked the opiate habit after my 31-year-old niece suddenly tragically died of fentanyl overdose

She is a Doctor (so no fool), and is the most kind gentle person I have ever m8. She is my best friend and so supportive. She has helped me to see the good in people and to have a heart of forgiveness when it is derserved and only when deserved. Jack my dear Captain, there is a woman on this earth out there, that will truly love you, not for what you have materially but for what you have in your heart. You might have to hoist the Jolly Roger and sail the seven seas, but she is out there! Don't give up on that! If ever you find yourself near my home, you will always be welcome. Black Mass is such a great movie. He truly transformed himself into that role. Anyway if anyone was abusive in the relationship it was Ms. Heard.

This is a sad story. I had no idea Johnny had so much chaos and pain in his life. I mean, you could kind of tell by the look of sadness in his eyes ever since he was a kid, and this story could still end in tragedy if someone doesn't help him. I think that is part of why he needs to tell his story. Amber didn't help matters, just made it all so much worse. Frankly, it's a miracle he's still alive at this point

i know this video is not specifically about his friends, but i am so glad Johnny has all of the like-minded friends and colleagues he does. Johnny is able to sometimes laugh off some of this pain 100% as a coping mechanism to save himself from breaking down. birds of a feather flock together, and we can see that with his friends and colleagues. they sorta all have little laughs here and there. i'm so glad Johnny has that support system, when dealing with such a volatile relationship with an extreme abuser.

As a child when I first watched " Charlie and the chocolate factory" I never imagined that my first ever crush in life ( Mr. Willi Wonka) being on a court because of an abusive, crazy woman. I'm watching this as an adult now but child me inside my mind is screaming like " Please give Mr. Wonka the justice that he deserves".

I remember my first wife would start fights to leave and have an excuse for meeting the head of surgery at the hospital she was a nurse at to get together. His wife assumed he was working.

She actually got arrested in 2009 for assaulting her dating interest at that time by Seattle police. Her ex-lover blew it off and tried getting her out of jail by dropping the charges which she then continued the abuse then. If she had faced jail time for that perhaps Johnny could have been spared the curse of Amber turd. Literally all her past relationships she has been consistently abusive, most of her "lovers" have pictures of bruises going across their left eye in at least 1 picture all of them in the same place including elon musk. Most of her relationships have ended with her commiting affairs, and there is a lot of relationships she was in, most spanning only a few months because no one tolerated her crap as much as Johnny or Elon.

There is a few good things that having this broadcast live has done. One is showing how very kindhearted , caring,loving ,humble. ,honest man Mr. Depp is. Another is people will recognize that they are living through abuse,and if Mr. Depp can do it, they can too,. This is opening up other people's eyes when someone confieds in another about abuse. The trial shows how pathetic lawyers can be that it is sad and funny at the same time. ( oh, and Mr. Depp has a great personality and can be funny and patient). The trial also shows what a lying, gold digging, fake, mean, narcissistic abuser his x wife is. For me personality being Mr. Depp's age shows that. I am not the only one who is older and had a psycho ,but didn't marry him. I had to throw him in jail four times ( should have been more)

I have not been a huge Jonny Depp fan in the past. I’ve seen some of his movies- pirates of the Caribbean was good, but not one of my favorites. I prefer the original Willy Wonka and Edward Scissorhands was just weird to me. But…watching this trial, I have become a fan of Jonny Depp the person & at the end of the day, isn’t that the more important thing? What you do for a living does not define who you are. I feel for this guy and I’m cheering him on in this case. I hope he gets the Justice and the peace of mind he deserves as a result of this. I’m also going to make a point to go back and watch his movies now. I think I will see them in a different light…I’m not a Marine but they have a motto I like “adopt, improvise, overcome” to me, this is the story of Jonny’s life & I can relate to that.

Dropping off Roxicodone is hell on earth. What happens to your body is just horrific and it doesn’t end for 1-2 months. People think you feel sick for a few days, but you actually feel like that for months.

Hearing all the horrible things drugs do/cause (everyday) makes me more and more determined to never touch the crap! That includes alcohol and cigarettes.

I agree with everyone who can see that it's Amber who was the abusive one in the marriage. But it's not unusual for a middle aged man (in his 50s) to dump his "old" wife and kids and fall head over heels crazy in love with a young hot chick. Not unusual for a young chick to be immature and needy - to need a father figure to take care of her financially, emotionally, mentally - to pay the rent, pay the bills, fix problems etc etc. Big age differences sometimes work, sometimes don't. Too bad Johnny and Amber were so wrong for each other but not a big surprise.

The hardest thing about these situations, is the victim is pushed to the limits and will then act erratically because of the subtle but consistant abuse, they will get angry, frustrated, turn to substances then they will look at him and say: "Well no wonder he/she treated him/her like that, look how crazy and erratic they are". Public opinion will never take into account the nuances of why somebody acted that way.

Though I wonder why bad things happen to good people, I am excited that I believe Johnny's best days are yet to come💥🌹
