Did you not listen to the timeline? She said Depp was declining for last 10 years of her working with him. She was fired in 2016. Making it 2006 (before meeting Heard). More like Depp just wanted to retreat from his "Hollywood Super Stardom" and run away with the young starlight. Sounds more like he was having a mid-life crisis.

Unfortunately the case is about defamation. He’s suing claiming her Op-Ed ruined his career. If the defense can prove Johnny lost his opportunities because he was difficult to work with then it means the Op-Ed wasn’t responsible for his career flat-lining. I don’t agree with that argument though. It’s all too convenient that the phone stopped ringing after the Op-Ed was published. At a minimum it was the straw that broke the camels back.

Tracey Jacobs was served with a subpoena. She had to testify. And she answered questions truthfully, which is what she was supposed to do. She didn't talk trash. If you don't like her answers, take it up with JD. It is his own bad behavior that put him in the position he's in. Filled her pockets? JD pockets were well filled because of the great representation he had from Tracy Jacobs for over 30 years. And he's demanding UTA give him 20 mil because he wants it. GTFOH. Depp sounds like a baby throwing a tantrum. There is nothing unethical about her answering questions when served with a subpoena. She isn't his priest or his doctor, or his lawyer. She was his talent agent. Just because you don't like her answers, doesn't mean she's talking trash.

Johnny knew exactly what was going to come out in this trial and was ok with everyone seeing it just so he could show the truth. One of the unexpected benefits of this trial is exposing other cruel people that aren't worth your time and should be avoided at all costs. Anyone who can listen to the recordings of amber abusing him and then say it's ok needs a therapist immediately. It is encouraging to see that's it's only a very small percentage of people like you though 😉

Actors are known for genuinely having nervous issues, meltdowns, one massive example was Marilyn Monroe being infamous for huge delays because of insecurity. ANYONE in the entertainment industry is possibly just as insecure, Etc as anyone else and has issues at work in fact in that industry it’s NOT at all uncommon. It’s a very demanding job, especially for actors.

He's certainly got some internal ussues he needs to get help with, but I imagine most people do. He's also been abused by amber based on the audio recordings where she admits it herself. She admits multiple times to hitting him, she belittled him and weaponizes the police against him. In one recording he asks her to leave after an hour of her torment and she says "I'll leave when I want to. You do NOT want me to call the cops". He says he will call them and she taunts him "go ahead. Do it, do it, do it". That is disgusting and abusive behavior. Most human beings have empathy for people in a situation like that. Although given your hateful comment, I imagine you identify more with the amber heards of the world.

I hope his ex Ellen testifies, who says he threw a wine bottle at her while we were dating. It is most devastating to see fellow women not believing Amber. Do you think it's impossible for domestic violence to happen to you? Think again. You think you'll be treated differently? You think you'll be immediately believed? You think you wouldn't be dragged to hell and back for speaking out? Think again. I hope you feel deep, deep shame.

The deposition clearly states that he was arguing with other people, not her, and TOSSED a bottle at no one that hit no one. She said he has never been violent with her, but was angry and jealous. I don't know how much I believe her, but that was her testimony.

25 Million Dollar paycheck. Showing up late is studio losing A LOT of money. No one is accusing him of being an abuser for showing up late. It's to show how disrespectful, irresponsible, entitled he's become.

The witnesses are testifying because they know why he lost movie roles and it nothing to do with Heard’s op-ed. His talent manager of 30 plus years testified that his star dimmed in 2010. His alcohol and drug abuse coupled with his unprofessional behavior on set, were the reason for the decline in getting work. He had to wear an ear piece to be fed his lines. The entire defamation suit was filed based on his assertion that Heard’s op-ed was the catalyst to losing work. Not true.

And why all are old videos? Why aren't they present in the court room? Maybe cause they changed their mind and don't want to be associated with her anymore?

@@andreeasarbu9679 because not every witness is available to appear at trial and testify. If the lawyers are satisfied with deposition testimony of that particular witness, they can play videotaped depositions. The only people who are truly required to be present are the parties and lawyers. Depositions are read or viewed in court all the time. That fact has nothing to do with the actual testimony or its validity. The deposition testimony is current as well. Depp starting losing work in 2009, long before he knew Heard and nine years prior to her op-ed. it is sad, but Depp lost his big career to addiction which encapsulates the myriad of issues that followed.

There has been overwhelming evidence that Depp did in fact hit Heard. Again, I understand that Depp fans don’t want to believe he is “that person” but evidence of his domestic violence against Heard, has been revealed in this trial - the trial that Depp filed and pursued. Win or lose, Depp’s big career is likely over in my opinion. Heard is young and can hone her craft. She has time to build a lucrative career. Unfortunately, I think that ship has sailed for Depp.
