In acknowledgement of JD's incredible generosity, he donated his entire salary for "The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnussus" to Heath Ledger's daughter. He did not pledge it. He actually paid it.

Elaine, a lawyer herself, repeatedly trying to get a lawyer to break attorney/client privilege is disgusting.

I love how humble he is. I don’t mean this in a demeaning way at all. He is so adorable when he is like “Ok I’ll follow the instruction.”

Why are we spend the first half of the court's time asking questions that he CLEARLY can't answer? Asking the exact same question over and over again. Amber's lawyers are ridiculous.

Amber sold information to TMZ and now is suing Johnny's team for depositions to the media? Give US a break! She set the precedent!

Waldman is great, his summary is spot-on: "So Amber and her friends spilled a little wine and roughed the place up, got their stories straight under the direction of a lawyer and publicist, and then placed a second call to 911"

She diposed Adam waldman so he couldn't represent JD in this case and included him in her countersuit. IT is ONLY because of THIS man that JD's evidence EVER came to light and people could see both sides and NOT just her narrative. HE actually heard and saw JD's evidence and decided to NOT just represent him BUT go out off his way to ensure that EVERYTHING was put out there. Getting him a lifetime Twitter ban.

I love how Amber's lawyer keeps saying "when police officers see an injury". Sorry, but I don't think the jury has forgotten that officers under oath stated they saw no injuries.

I freaking love Adam Waldman! He has such an intelligent and precise way of putting Amber and her lawyers in their place! He communicates so much with saying so little!

This guy seems like the kind of Lawyer one would want to have in their corner. People generally don’t like lawyers, but this guy seems like he’s a threat if he’s NOT in your corner.

Thank you so much to team Amber for bringing in Adam Waldman. I’m sure the jurors LOVED hearing the word “perjury” consistently associated with “Amber heard”. It just made Johnny’s case better.

Waldman was my favourite witness. So professional. The best thing we learned about in his testimony, is that he is banned from Twitter for life, lol.

There was no injury, ever! And, she stood right across the room, away from the police officers, because she hadn't had time to apply her 'injury' makeup! They arrived much quicker than she had hoped!

a very professional and consistant approach taken by Depps legal team when advising his former Lawyer on client Confidence. The pauses that the Lawyer took to first give opportunity for his guiding Lawyer to instruct one way or another was formal and very tidy. When not receiving advise, the Lawyer answered in a short definitive manner. Loved watching Heards Lawyer try her best and failed to make any real headway.

As a juror I would have been frustrated with the inappropriate questions by Amber's lawyer. No question should be asked that requires "the violation of attorney-client relationship."

It's pretty obvious the strategy Amber's team attempted. They wanted to plant the seeds of doubt on whether there were instructions from Johnny to his attorney. But with the ridiculous amount of redundant questions, I think the jury was more bored than anything else.

So essentially this is a case of who you believe. 3x police officers, or Amber's drunk sister...

Can we turn the clock back a couple of weeks, when I didn’t know who Amber Heard was? Please?

All I got from that detective's testimony was that if the officers responding to the DV call didn't make a report, they must have determined that no DV occurred AND they were likely told by the people present that there was nothing to report. So either none of the police did their job properly, or there was no incident of DV.

I genuinely don't understand why Amber's team called him to testify, and what they gained from this, because the whole video is just him being instructed not to answer.

She asked unauthorized questions at least 90% of the time.

Amber defamed Johnny. Period. Her counter lawsuit is simply retaliation and another attack, to try to minimize Johnny's claim. She absolutely defamed, libelled and slandered him.

Does Elaine even thinking that her questions will break Attorney-Client privilege? She just keeps on asking questions that are not even allowed to be asked.

I wish Dr. Curry educated everyone especially the jury on some psychological manipulation technics. This whole case is just gaslighting and projection.

Why is asking questions that requires to disclose attorney client privileges over and over not considered wasting courts time?

One minute into the first deposition he paused before answering if it was ok to respond lol. I also liked he concurred “it would” and “I accept the instruction.”

I’ve sat here and viewed this whole video and come to the conclusion that all her lawyers did is try to fill the heads of the jurors with a whole bunch of useless information to give the jurors information overload. None of it from the detective deters from the facts of the officer’s statements that there was no physical damage at all to Amber or the apartments on the dates that she said and produced the made up and staged pictures of said evidence. The officers by their statement and reports they filled out prove that she is a liar and guilty of perjury!!!!!

45 mins later and this guy still accepts the instructions. This lady don't get it.

He stays so calm and polite while elaine is asking the same questions over and over again and that voice just keeps objecting/instructing not to awnser. I would just walk away haha.

Ben was on fire with this - he even added those little comedic flares. I’m just amazed Elaine sounded _almost_ unfazed, she did get as angry as she did with Camille. Maybe her composure wore down the longer this circus went on.

Amber heards team has 8 hours left and JDs team has 18 hours left. The rebuttal next week will be just as amazing as Ambers cross examination. I KNOW JDs team is going for the kill next week. Leaving a lasting impression on the jury :).

If I were AH, I would be furious that her lawyers would waste these precious hours on questioning JD’s lawyer who could only answer 10% of the questions asked.

I have never seen lawyers testify so much in asking questions, in my life. Ask the question but do not testify.

It is correct that police officers; when dealing with domestic violence, should first investigate if the victim really suffered injury or she is amber heard.

My understanding of all this is, Amber Heard was planning, at some point, to leave Johnny Depp, however, in order for her to continue living, with all of her friends, in Johnny's penthouses, she had to concoct an elaborate ruse. Amber's main objective was to not have her moneyed lifestyle interrupted. First she had to file for an IMMEDIATE TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) accusing Johnny, before a judge, specifically stating the words, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, and make her court appearance as severe as possible (injuries). If granted, she could continue to live as usual, (off of Johnny). Amber Heard would not have known this if not advised by her lawyers (originally, in the divorce, she asked for three of the town houses, a Land Rover, and spousal support for life). In a text between Amber's now deceased mother, and Johnny after Amber filed The TRO, Amber's mother is telling Johnny over and over the lawyers made her file, or she would have to vacate the penthouses in thirty days. Amber had to create the situation, which got the ball rolling. Amber was on the phone with io Tillet (her friend in NYC), while arguing with Johnny. io decides to call 911 based on conversation between Amber and Johnny. io then calls Raquel Pennington who lives in penthouse next door with husband, Josh Drew. Raquel calls 911. It takes about an hour or so for the two officers to arrive. During that waiting time another call is made from penthouse lobby, three calls now made to 911 (Raquel would not admit making the third call from penthouse lobby, but the voice recording on 911 sounds the same as her voice). To make this situation seem extremely dire, they (io and Raquel) placed THREE calls to 911. Johnny Depp had long since left the penthouse. When officers arrived, Josh Drew answered Amber's door. He assures the officers that Johnny is no longer there, and all is well. After three calls, the officers insist on talking to Amber. They come in with body cam rolling, and later testify Amber had no injuries and no disarray to penthouse. No one is cooperative with the officers, and Amber doesn't want to file a compliant. Amber's intent in all this wasn't to file a formal written compliant with officers, but to have this on record when she went before judge to get TRO. The officers see no injuries to Amber Heard, their body cam shows no damage to penthouse, they do a walk thru, and the officers leave. Now, do I have this right based on what every one else has heard. So much information - hope jury has a timeline of events or they can't keep all info straight. Each occurrence is crucial, so many lies.

Yes!! He communicated to internet journalist. Who helped us see the real evidence in full details. Unlike the main stream media who will give us snippets of information that is sometimes clouded by their own bias. I stop watching tv for years except for the weather news.

AH lawyers wouldn't be where they are if they didn't have the credentials but this particular case is very difficult to defend because their client already undermined whatever strategy they had in place because of her own unreliable testimonies.

I found Mr Waldman a fascinating witness, particularly after I looked him up. His complexion did look marvelous and I discovered the skin care line is his wife’s, Dr Barbara Sturm, a huge name in that industry.
