She talks about his drug and alcohol abuse as if she wasn’t abusing drugs and alcohol.

I've worked with actors who were trying to cry for a scene, but couldn't, and this is exactly what they looked like.

She can't give the exact age difference between herself and her sister ("I think we're 16 month apart"), but she can give very exact details about completely irrelevant "facts" of being abused. Well, everyone knows this fact: you need more details when you're lying than when you're telling the truth

I love how she started it with “I’m at actor” that’s all we needed to hear.

for myself, one of the big indicators of someone whose lying to me is when they are telling me lots of pointless and needless details, veering off into other stories, all the while portraying yourself in a much nicer shade of light than we all know to be the truth.

She loves charity work but stole 7 million dollars from 2 charities! Her attorneys are doing amazing at looking her look worse 😂

For the first 45 minutes of this video, Amber is as honest as she can be. About 48 minutes in, her entire demeanor changes, she begins to stutter, there are a lot of 'uuuuhs' and 'uuuums', and her tone of voice changes, and she does not tell the story convincingly. The most important point, however, is that there is NO GENUINE EMOTION expressed when she claims she's been hit for the first time. Wouldn't it make sense that there would be some emotion expressed? Amber, I think you are lying!

This display of deception and false humility is shocking. Who coached this mad woman? Wow. This is awful

Dr Shannon Curry describes Heard perfectly how her diagnoses lookes like:" over dramatic presentations, use of descriptive words, impressionistic speech,so it tends to be very flowery, but it lacks of any substance.Quick shift between emotions, so she would suddenly be one way and then suddenly become very animated.There is a sence of shallowness.People who are observing them will feel like it is almost play acting."

I can't imagine what his children felt knowing she said such vile lies about their dad

For someone who's crying, I'm amazed that there's hardly any sniffles, her eyes are clear and that she doesn't even need any tissues. And when she said she was dying to meet his children, her facial reaction didn't even match.

Was abused for four years by the father of my child. No matter how much time Iv had away from him I can’t tell the story of our past without completely shutting down and tears just rolling or making jokes about it to try to hide how much it hurt. This women isn’t fooling anyone and it’s sickening for the people who have actually gone through this.

I've been in an abusive marriage. I got out with help. I, still to this day can't recount my story without becoming emotional. I can't look at him without feeling frightened. All I will say is her acting is horrible...she is telling tall tales. She is making it look bad for women/men going through a terrible situation and will not be believed. Shame on her.

I tried, really tried to listen to her and try to believe her, I really did try...but I can't help myself. It's acting. The way she moves, the way she speaks, she knows when to raise her voice, when to cry and she switches from heartbroken to pokerface very quickly. It's basic acting school education. She even tried to drag Lily Rose into it. I think Johnny Depp is no saint, but he seemed to be very traumatized by everything when he spoke. Amber just looks like she's making an audition.

Does anyone else think it’s odd that in alllll of the recordings she made of him she never one single time brought up how he constantly hit and abused her? For instance, in that scenario recorded when he brought up to her how she punched him, her response was that she didnt punch him, she hit him, and that he was being a “baby.” Thinking hypothetically like someone who actually was abused and hit all the time, if i hit my abuser back one time, (and and top off that hes a much stronger MAN, and he brought it up to me after, naturally anyone’s response would be more like “WHAT?! Are you serious?? You beat me up and abuse me CONSTANTLY. And you have the audacity to bring up me slapping you ONE TIME?! This is crazy.” Her response to that if shed truly been abused would NOT be anyyyything like it was in that recording. Point blank. This is ALL lies.

When Johnny testified, he was so honest, he talked about BOTH of their wrong doings.. He would way "WE would argue back and forth", "WE would start arguing".. He talked about his drug use, bad words, everything.. But she completely painted herself as an innocent damsel in destress.. Totally contradicting the recordings we heard.. She didn't even TRY to make her story sound consistent with the tapes.. And she claims that she was the one to walk away and he would go after her?!.. She even went as far as to claim that she saved him many times.. So she is not only a victim, but also a HERO... Throughout the entire trial Johnny never looked at Amber.. Throughout the entire 14 days. Even today, he would only laugh and smirk at her lies... HOWEVER, he only looked at her ONCE! At the very end of her testimony today.. When she mentioned his daughter Lilly Rose who was "crying and afraid of her father"... Johnny's entire demeanor changed.. and for the first time I saw him genuinely angry.. He was fuming and he looked up at her for a good 2 seconds.. After that he was doing a lot of self pacifying motions while staring blankly near her... He just looked so angry that she brought his daughter into her lies...

I liked that the table was so perfectly laid in the picture, including his "drug box" so you could read it, and the picture of the bruise on her arm with no bruises on her face. And how she didn't take any pictures of all the abuse when he started "hitting" her in the face...

I love how she reframed dropping out of high school as “finishing early”… girl you dropped out and got your ged.. that is NOT a high school diploma. You didn’t earn extra credits in order to graduate early. Again, 🤥 LIAR!

She is speaking to the jury as if they are gal-pals hanging on every word. She has no idea how disingenuous all of this is. So things didn't work out "sweetheart". Was it worth ruining his career and stealing 7 million dollars? How are the sick kids doing?

Calling johnny a baby after hitting him. Copying johnnys style, faking her facial reactions in trial, all kinds of faking and now she's pulling these crocodile tears?

Her acting is very poor, so unnatural. As if she was practicing in front of a mirror. Does she think she's that good in acting or that the jury is naif?

She talks so calmly and beautifully about their relationship for someone who has been abuse in said relationship.

All she keeps saying is ‘you know’ like we know anything

This made me realize that Men can be victims too. I hope JD finally gets truth and justice.

One thing I’ve noticed is throughout her whole testimony she is constantly aware and bringing up “how it sounds.” Rather than just saying what happened. I find it odd she is so aware of how everything comes across to the jury.

She said she thought JD giving her a horse as a gift was extravagant gift. Girl..... you went to his ISLAND.

Her lawyer asked her a question but she’s facing the juries to answer the questions? She’s working so hard to get their sympathy! I hope the juries are smart enough not to fall for it.

This is the best acting she's ever done. That's not a compliment.

I love how she goes into every "abusive detail" that Johnny inflicted on her in every question. How many times was she told to answer what "you" know not what you think someone told you or what you are saying Johnny told you. She keeps staring at the jury every time they ask to approach as to look at me, poor me, the abused me. Feel sorry for me. Look what Johnny did for 3 years before I still decided to marry the monster. Never called the police. Never stood up and said super star or not I will not be abused. Lucked in the back by Johnny's boot? Where is the picture? You didn't report it to anyone but your sister and mother? Lies amber, talk. That's what Johnny's and his lawyers want you to do. Talk yourself right into your hole. The slaps didn't hurt I just couldn't believe that I was laying in this filthy carpet after being slapped 5 times over a tattoo? 🤔 Really amber. Why the hell did she said she felt like 1 million dollars? I mean she sits there and sues him on 100 million dollars, in that case it is not very appropriate to sound like a gold digger, isn't it? Even if she felt that way, why on earth did she mention that in court? Seems like she's not the brightest candle on the cake

There are some things that stand out to me as I’m watching this: 1) Her narrative of the consistent desire to leave home. Even leaving so urgently, to be out of her home and out of the state so quickly. 2) Her mentioning that her mother has similar experiences. 3) She is a great story teller. However, the way she speaks reminds me of someone who is reading a book to a story. I don’t know many people who have experienced trauma, who can share their trauma like a novel, and tries to bring an audience in. 3)a) THIS reminds me of Historionic Personality Disorder, as Dr. Curry shared in her testimony. 4) I am surprised she is not disassociating. Or blanking out, or shutting down… “The Body Keeps the Score”. I wonder about her body not re-experiencing these traumas. 5) The fact that she has abused Johnny Depp as well. And has not mentioned at all her abuse, her manipulation or her wrongdoings… I wonder if she is experiencing Projection and Avoidance. Just some thoughts on initial observations.

So interesting how her descriptors of their meeting and the early days of the relationship are exactly like the psychologist described. These superficial words and phrases that leave you asking “ok so what actually happened.” It was a great move for Depp’s ream to go first. All her testimony is doing is corroborating everything they’ve said.

She state Jonny was isolating her. All the witnesses state that she was surrounded by friends all the time. She is insane. She was also at parties and went to coachella. She was at the red carpet frequently and she looks more happy then Jonny.

It's painful to watch a sociopath try and be likeable with fake smile and tears. This gave me nightmares yesterday.

I work with people who have experienced DV. The tears, it doesn't matter how many years later when the victim starts crying the red, puffy faces and swollen eyes that take place is not present on this woman.

She completely gave herself away when she said this trial was the most difficult thing she has ever been through…And what her husband “cavity searching” her you while high on drugs, was what, a close second?!?

She is so perfectly described by Dr Shannon Curry …her diagnosis is spot on. She wants to play down that she had nothing , star struck , small town girl. She can’t be any more fake if she tried!!

My psychologists’ task would be so much easier if I were able to recount this much detail, shift between various points within the experiences Ive had, all while remaining present. Four years later and whelp….those of us who know….know it wouldn’t go quite like this did.

I went through something awful in high school. Years later I realized I had been the victim of a sexual assault. Even now, I don't really think of myself as some innocent victim. But I do know that any time I've opened up about it, I can't stop the tears from flowing out. Amber Turd sitting there recounting that experience is insulting to actual victims shame on her. Edit: I in no way meant to imply that survivors always cry. Or that if you don't cry it didnt happen. Of course we all handle things differently. I just feel that the tears that Ms. Turd held back weren't real to begin with. I think, if she actually felt as emotional as she presented, she wouldn't be able to stop the tears. I think that her voice should be incredibly shaky. I think she would've had to stop and calm herself. I just don't believe her.

I am a survivor of SV in my childhood... I've told friends family therapist ... It took a lot to get even minimal detail from me then and now. Not once did I not cry. Not once was it long winded. Not once was I able to keep eye contact with who I was telling. Shame on her. Legit. I'm struggling to listen to her obvious lies. This is truely disgusting. Not one tear. This is a straight up audition not a testimony. Her lawyers letting her go on and on is making it worse if thats even possible. Get a clue Amber Turd! You will never recover from this. Not only have you shit in his bed. You have shit on every true survivor.

I can't stand her. Honestly...the info that was given back when this happened changed how I felt about JD but after hearing the recordings there is no doubt in my mind that she is a self absorbed, out of touch, arrogant, cruel spoiled human.

No matter how many times I rewatch this trial (especially after listening to all the audio recordings out as well) This woman makes me cringe. It feels like shes twisting everything she did to Johnny Depp playing the victim & turning it into a sov story whereas Johnny Depp was the real victim, I'm SO glad he's away from her & hopefully healing 💖

I can just see her practicing this in front of a mirror. The teeth gritting, sniffling, snarling, eye contact with the court, searching for comradary, lip quivers, it's just so affected and calculated. I really get the sense that she confuses her imagination with reality. Like she thinks she can bend the world to her will and create truth from fantasy. She wants this all to be true. Of all of the bizarre details she "recollected" I think the ones that actually bothered johnny were the ones where she played the protective mother role to his children. You can see him rock with frustration. I'd bet he is a good and protective father. He's probably ashamed that he got caught up in her mystique and allowed her into his family. She could have done even more damage.

Im a survivor of DV from a partner ..when I went to court I cried while I said my story all the time .I made the story short just so I would deal with the feeling of it. I consistently couldn't talk without taking deep breaths I constantly was putting my head down I was avoiding and playing with my nail . I kept looking at the judge and the court officer .I have PTSD so bad certain sound would have me on my toes.. I was confused sometime as to what happens next cause even though they tell u . You don't always compute what they say cause your there but your mind is somewhere else .and if he was so abusive she would be really worry of her child.because most abusers play mind game with the child.
