People like to say how his NFL career was completely a waste which is true but u can NEVER take away what he did for Texas A&M he's definitely one of the best players to ever play college football
If he can make quicker decisions and thread the needle when need be, he can be good. I don't know about top tier, or team changing, they need a leader for that and his off the field problems lead me to doubt him. But from what I've seen in these highlight films is that he has a lot of time in the pocket (which in the NFL will be cut down drastically... 5 sec tops for most plays) and even though he has the ability to be elusive, he needs to be able to succeed without the use of his legs. Top 5 pick in the draft, but depending on how desperate teams are, I see him 1-3 overall. One thing is that a lot peg him as a russel wilson, which i can see from the size and elusiveness, but Wilson is elusive but in the way that a QB should be, always looking downfield and extending the play. Manziel see's a look and he'll go for it, even if someone is wide open on the play. He's maybe an RG3 or a really small Kaepernick.

Manziel put up the numbers he was expected to and A&M's defense failed to stop Auburns offense. If Manziel wasn't on A&M it's hard to imagine them winning more than 2 games in the SEC. hes obviously not a "run first QB" because most of the times he waits in the pocket all the way until the point a blitzer gets to him, and even when he would scramble he would wait a few seconds for a receiver to get open in some cases
2 things I got to mention to you. 1. Stop referring to them losing to Florida and LSU they lost by 1 position. Their lost to Florida was their first game of the season and their first game in the SEC. Had it not been for that one timeout called by LSU they would have won. 2. I doubt you even watched the game, Manziel still made big plays for the remainder of the game, its just that they had 3 and outs a lot of the timne, which is expected playing a number 1 team. He's the #3 rated qb for next years draft so I don't know why you're saying that no one will draft him. He's 6'1" and has a strong enough arm to throw in the nfl and the accuracy to go along with it. Not to mention some analysts like Bayless on ESPN think he'll grow a bit more due to his hand and shoe size which are big for how tall he is.
