This was a very nice video. ⭐️ I would have enjoyed seeing more detail, like how you set up your saw and cut the diagonal ends for the cross brace for the gate. Some more close-ups would be enjoyable too. I realize you are your own cameraman, so maybe those details are not possible just yet. I imagine as you get more practice with the camera, you’ll become more creative and will be able to capture more. Nice show, anyway. I enjoyed it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is delightful, I miss not having someone around to watch do work around the yard. I love to watch guys make things. And you do it in such a straight forward manner. I do quilts and anything fabric, so I sort of met you through Kate of The Last Homely House. Congratulations on your Chanel and I just subscribed.

Welcome to RU-vid! I've followed Kate in some years, so I thought, I'd follow her neightbour too 🙂. Normally I sit and crochet, while listening/watching RU-vid, but I must say, that the sound of heavy machines, screwdrivers and so on is not normally a part of the sound picture 😀. I'm sure I'll be an expert on hexagon screws within long 🙂

Fabulous first video. I had a little trouble with the volume, had to take my earphones out for the tools but so nice to see you showing us your lovely projects. I follow Kate’s channel and it’s fun to see crafting on a different scale.

Very good! I was jealous of the soil under he shrubs you were taking out. Where I live we have red clay and have to bring in all soil for the garden - years of work in that.

I like you explaining why you’re using certain screws and whatnot. Growing up my dad did all kinds of building up to houses and barns, and he was self taught. I held things for him etc - I was near but he never taught me and I wish I had these kinds of skills.
