A healthy addition you could do while walking is memorizing a scripture. There’s a great little book called The Bible Promise Book where you can pick out an encouraging scripture to read and memorize 😊
They’ve made me appeal with a video selfie proving I’m real. If they allow me in I’ll be able to join the community. From this moment forward I’m RTN. I can’t keep going like this. I’ve known and learned about this way of eating for years but fail over and over again. I thought yesterday was my low but I fumbled again today. I live in isolation and shame day after day, year after year, but not anymore. I’ll be drawing strength from the community y’all built. I don’t have to do this alone. I am grateful to have found this tonight. I was laying here dreading how much I was going to disappoint myself tomorrow. I’ve tackled drugs and alcohol, caffeine, and other addictions and have managed to stay clean and sober for over 5 years but nothing is like food. Thanks for doing all that y’all do!!
I tried the carnivore BBBE version in January through June and gained 20 pounds! My knee joints still ache. Hair isn’t thicker. I’m tired, sluggish. Basically, I see no improvement except I do sleep better. I’m SOooo disappointed! I truly want this to work.
